Michelle, although I don't have any of your DVDs (yet) from the trailers and reviews they seem great. Never bought anything over the internet so far (except some software), but I thought I'd give it a shot.
Don't know much about NTSC/PAL and dvd regions, but I figure if I play the DVD on my computer, it'll work, regardless?
Please, does anyone have feedback on this? Thanks

Re: buying from Europe - Q. about dvd compatibilty
Mon, July 21, 2008 - 2:23 PMwww.videohelp.com/dvdhacks This website can help you with region code issues, make your dvd player region-free. BTW, a lot of bellydance dvds are region-free to start with.

Wed, July 23, 2008 - 11:50 AMHi Enisa
Thanks for the question.. I don't do region codes on my DVDs, so they should play internationally. If you have a problem we do take returns.

Re: buying from Europe - Q. about dvd compatibilty
Sat, July 26, 2008 - 12:52 AMhi enisa, how are you?
as for the dvds - i ve been buying about 30 dvds from the US within 12 months or so (all on dancing or fitness).
if you play them on your computer as I do you will not experience problems at all - computers or notebooks should be able to play all regions.
the performance dvd "by dancers for dancers" I ve also played several times on a tv set with dvd recorder, and no problem at all.
actually it played perfect there, while on my computer there were some issues with coloured "stains" appearing on almost every performance across the screen (anyone familiar with this problem and what to do about it?!).
but yes i can say no problem with playing michelle s dvds over here (i own 4).
best rgds

Re: buying from Europe - Q. about dvd compatibilty
Thu, July 31, 2008 - 7:11 AMThank you all for your help.
@dina: Maybe your problem has to do with codecs. I had similar problems on my comp (videos playing badly or distorted), than a friend of mine installed a "k-lite codec pack" and it solved it.
Ok, off I go to order some dvds :-)
Greetings, Enisa -

Re: buying from Europe - Q. about dvd compatibilty
Tue, August 19, 2008 - 4:06 AMI've ended up ordering Drills! x3 and SofS2 through Amazon. They've just arrived the other day (I was amazed how quickly). They play perfectly on my computer.
I love both of them, but especially the Drills, that is just what I needed! I see others have posted reviews here on these DVDs, so I'll just add my comments under those topics.
