can be so bad nowadays. It was wonderful to receive my DVD from Michelle in 2 days-and it had to come all the way across the country. I ordered something from a huge-name dancer also in California and it took a couple of months, several phone calls, emails, and polite messages on tribe (which were deleted by the moderator) before I got my product-which I later sold. I will be keeping my Drills DVD.

Through no fault of hers, I didn't recieve my DVD's....yet she took the time and effort to send me an extra 'something' (as she put it) in my order when she sent it out. And frankly I am stunned by her generosity!! Thanks, Michelle!
I can't wait to take a look at these tomorrow!

There was a situation with my order, and even though it was circumstances beyond her control, she worked immediately to correct it, and sent an extra bonus. Life would be much better if everyone strove to provide similar customer service! -

Not only she produces great bellydance DVDs but she also sends the items very quickly and is a very honest seller. I made a wrong manipulation on Paypal, sending too much money. She immediatly worked to correct it as soon as she received my mail about this error and refund my money! Wow!
