When I saw this DVD trailer, I almost hyperventilated! At whom can I throw money? How and when? ;-)

Thu, February 28, 2008 - 11:01 AMYay! Vashti was a rockstar filming the DVD. We were there for something like 10 hours filming that day. The DVD is going to be really long and really jam-packed full of good stuff. I have to say, I have never had much interest in fusion, but I was blown away at how cool Vashti's gypsy choreography was and how knowledgeable she is about both styles of dance (Spanish and belly).

I am still editing it, but trying to get it done for Rakkasah, where Vashti will be selling it at her booth. I will be selling it on Amazon and through my online store and Vashti will be selling it through her website also.
This one won't be available for the tribe discount, however, because I don't want to undercut Vashti. -

Completely understandable, but will you offer it at all. I tried ordering it from teh createspace and it was not easy. It would not let me order without creating an account.

I've got to get on tribe more often!!! Sorry for the late reply.
I get my skirts from a variety of places.....but I have two favorites: 1) the double flounce Turkish skirt by L. Rose (www.lrosedesigns.com) and 2) the skirt in the DVD -- which is made by Gaylene (www.gaylenesboutique.com)-- mention me and she'll know exactly which one. The L. Rose skirt is silk -- not as heavy -- and takes really different physical energy to achieve movement (as compared to the heavier Gaylene skirt). I tend to be a bit aggressive with some movement and when that is the case -- I use Gaylene's skirts. When I am working with manton, fan or dancing Turkish stylization (or Romany) I use the silk.....
