This DVD is also available through me and you can get the tribe discount, which would make it $10 including shipping. It is designed as a workout DVD for beginners, like Perfect Hips. It has a cardio section (lots of choo-choos), a floor work section, and a slow moves section. Plus it has some abdominal exercises included also.
