I usually go for the standard Chicago style but I made what I call a "Taco dog" a couple times and it turned out yummy. Fresh picante or salsa, avacado, a dab of sour cream, jalepeno slices and sometimes add cheese and/or lime depending on my mood.
Not sure how unique it is, but haven't seen it outside my own kitchen so there you go -

I generally like Chicago Style, with mustard, relish, onions, tomato bits, and sport peppers.
