... I shouldn't conclude in such a simple aspect but I just can not help feeling the crimes and bullying are caused by luck of creativity. and boredom is one of the biggest causes for the consequences. ... if children are led to creativity then there will be no time for them to waste their time, and their intelligence won't be misused for abusive & unhealthy creativity but art of living ... hope our society will encourage creativity more in children ... and when those children grow older then they will encourage creativity in younger generations ...

Yes, that would be awesome. Unfortunately many people just set their kids in front of television screens and video game systems so they don't actually have to raise them.

... yes, ... I think our lives have depended on "outside / stuff" to fill our minds ... I don't watch TV or play video games ... but I don't completely dismiss them either. I think it is just a matter of shifting our intentions. we can provide lots of education that nurture and cultivate children's potentials through TV and video games, unfortunately, they contain much junk instead so far ( sorry for being judgmental ) ... it was a several years ago, I heard from my friend that someone was making a video game in Japan that would lead children how to bring peace in the game. ... or tamagotchi which children have to keep taking care of it or something ( www.tamagotchi.com/ ) ... sorry, I don't know I never played that so I really don't know if tamagotchi does any good to children either ... entering the age of Aquarius, I don't think we can separate ourselves from technology ... yet, more creativity will be involved in our lives.
