Sounds fun. Do you the name of the party or which acts/djs were playing? Did you burn this year? We are looking for a venue in Chicago to play some Psytrance.

I have my friend ooahhdaturntablist, he played burning man this year at lush and next door at the el circo dome. he's flying here from LA to play at my scene here in dixon in jan, and we wanted to throw some sort of burning man style party, maybe warehouse, or something. I have been living out west in oregon and california so i am out of the loop here now and I am only back here for 6months but we want to spread the style here, I know chicago would love this style, sick breakbeats. bassnectar? i am open and needing ideas. anyone? PLEAsE , promise not to disappoint, peace-shanya

Hi Everybody!
I am from Poland, but I have been living in Chicago for the last 3 years. I organized some good parties over there. I was in London too. Have you ever seen any psychedelic trance parties over there??? I heard and I saw the craziest people and the best music ever over there!! Psychedelic trance scene is in Europe not here in U.S. If you have never seen psychedelic techno trance parties in Europe, you can not even imagine, how amazing it is to be there.
Americans are so locked into rap music and all this staff which we can hear in radio here, so techno music they found is too robotic. As a result, its difficult for them to understand it and come into it.
Concequently, There is not psychedelic trance scene and culture here, specially in Chicago. People do not feel this music here.
If you want to go to Crowbar and some other clubs here in Chicago looking for real psychedelic techno music, psy freaks, goa heads-unfortunately,you will not be able to find this staff here.
If you wanna go to London- a lot of possibilities-just check it out this web page:

Finally, I have to say-there is no psychedelic environment here in Chicago

Ahhh.... the CCC warehouse ;) Nice to hear something familiar from my past as well. I'm really a moontriber, but quite familiar with that old crew. I haven't been to any parties in Chicago that come close ...but I'll keep my ears & eyes open. Blessings right back at ya.
