The 4th of July parade begins at 11:30am. The Wild Rovers staging area (#44) is at the corner of 9th and H Street, next to the First United Methodist church. The flyer says that "walking groups need to be in position by 10:30 am". It also says that it is free parking in the 6th & 7th Ave parking garages.
