July 23, 2008 was an historic day! I awoke to hear on the Internet an astounding interview on Kerrang Radio (UK) with Astronaut Edgar Mitchell, who announced matter of factly, "yes, we have been visited." Did this sudden announcement signal the beginning of Official UFO Disclosure? I transcribed much of the conversation wherein Edgar Mitchell finally briefed us all. www.disclose.tv/action/viewvideo/6168/

The radio announcer asked Dr. Mitchell, "Are we alone in the Universe?" to which he responded, "Oh, I know for sure we're not alone in the Universe." The radio announcer expressed his shock at this disclosure and wondered if Mitchell was "pulling his leg" with "astronaut humor." Mitchell assured him the Roswell crash was real, and a number of contacts are real and ongoing. "Why is it being covered up?" he asked. The U.S. chose to do this after World War II, explained Mitchell, but it's starting to open up now in the international press. Mitchell also discussed the Catholic Church's recent press releases that we are not alone in the Universe. He explained that the amount of covert attempts to cover-up and the amount of disinformation is decreasing. Mitchell stated, "there's more nonsense out there about this than is real, but it IS a real phenomenon. … Some of us are privileged enough to have been briefed on some of it." He stated, "We're not alone in the Universe. We have been visited."

Dr. Mitchell went on to briefly discuss Roswell in 1947, saying he grew up in Roswell and it was a real extraterrestrial crash there. He admitted involvement in intelligence and military circles, and UFO committees and groups, and admitted it has been "well covered up in the past sixty years." He claimed there has been "quite a bit of contact" and that "contact is real and ongoing," but that he does not know where the visitors are from. He admitted to "back-engineering" of spacecraft, but claimed the "homegrown" vehicles "are not as sophisticated as what the visitors have." When asked if there will be an actual disclosure this year, Mitchell said there are serious organizations moving toward disclosure, and that it has already begun, since the Belgian, French, Brazilian and Mexican governments have opened their files and some British files were recently released. He indicated, "I think we're heading toward serious disclosure, but I can't say how fast." He said "public acceptance is increasing and disinformation seems to be decreasing." When asked "what will the reaction be?" he said it's "ho-hum so what's new?" and that "well over 70% of people accept it as fact."

"Do others involved in the moon landings know about this?" Mitchell responded, "Some of them do." When asked if the visitor's intent is hostile or peaceful, Mitchell stated, "It's pretty obvious that if it were hostile we'd have been gone by now. Or could have been. We had no defense if that's what their real intent was." When asked what they look like, he claimed there to be many groups, but described only one of them, "You've seen some of the pictures … little people that look strange to us. … pretty accurate." Finally, when asked if he was worried for his own safety, Mitchell replied, "Oh no. They're not knocking anybody off for that anymore."

Good News For Modern Man?

Mitchell indicated that over 70 percent of people accept extraterrestrial visitation as fact. I find that number to be unbelievably large. He perhaps is referring to globally, not in the U.S. If true, I believe Mitchell underplays the reaction of the remaining 30 percent, who are in profound denial in an isolated, outback cosmos—namely the scientific "Darwinists." He underplays the effect on science—a "naturalist" paradigm unbelievably rigid in its fundamentalist and insular premise that "intelligent" life is Earth-based only.

Is Official UFO Disclosure good news for modern man? Well, it is and, then again, it isn't. The effect on Darwinian evolution will be profound. This is what the cover-up is and has been all about. After all science is not about flexibility but is about security; and the alarm for this potential breach in security was pushed by NASA in 1960, when it tasked the Brookings Institute to think through the implications of the possible discovery of artifacts on the moon or other planets on which we may land or send probes.

The Brookings Study was concerned about the impact of extraterrestrial intelligence (ETI) on religion, but it also feared the impact on science. In part, the Brookings Study noted that "scientists and engineers might be the most devastated by the discovery of relatively superior creatures, since these professions are most clearly associated with mastery of nature." The study also noted, "Advanced understanding of nature might vitiate all our theories."

Darwinian evolution epitomizes mankind's mastery over nature. Indeed, as I have noted in my book, Space Travelers and the Genesis of the Human Form, the evolution story dramatizes the "natural" transfiguration of mankind through a linear procession of metamorphoses that eventually separate him from the animals of his ancestry. Evolution is Western man's totem; essentially, it represents mastery over our own nature. Since the entire realm of modern biology and chemistry is based on the Darwinian paradigm, the discovery, or should I say, the official disclosure, of extraterrestrial intelligence would completely shatter the Darwinian mythology of humanity's accidental climb out of the muck of our local habitat Earth.

From the perspective of Darwinian theory, mankind may be seen as the winner of a preposterous survival lottery which, we are told, given the incredible odds should not have occurred even once. Thus, if the humanoid form evolved from the great ape lineage on planet Earth, the mathematical odds are incredibly against the possibility of that same chain of random and incremental steps, contingent upon an interplay with a similar biological environment, occurring elsewhere in the Universe. Therefore, the assumptions of Darwinian evolution presuppose the humanoid form to be an entirely Earth-based phenomenon.

Darwinian evolution is a metaphysical genesis tale of life on Earth. In her book Evolution as a Religion, philosopher Mary Midgley argued that "evolution is not just an inert piece of theoretical science," but is also "a powerful folk tale about human origins." It must be pointed out that creationism and evolutionism have one main factor in agreement: they are both Earth-centric genesis tales. Both oppose the idea of intelligence at large in the Universe, including the idea of space travelers. In both theories, the Earth is the center of the Universe and WE are IT!

It must also be understood that the theory of evolution essentially views the human or humanoid form as merely an accident in a chain of accidents. For instance, Stephen Jay Gould argued that the evolution of the human form is not a "repeatable occurrence." In the Journal of British Interplanetary Society (1992), E.J. Coffey also argued that "the survivors resemble the winners of a lottery rather than creatures better designed than the unlucky majority who do not survive."

For quite the same reasons as above, British astronomer, Sir Fred Hoyle, proponent of the Modern Theory of Panspermia, mathematically dismissed the chance of Darwinian evolution being an actual occurrence, arguing that "even if the whole Universe consisted of organic soup ... the chance of producing merely the basic enzymes of life by random processes without intelligent direction would be about 1 over a 1 with 40,000 zeros after it; a probability too small to imagine." Hoyle concluded that "Darwinian evolution is most unlikely to get even one polypeptide sequence right, let alone the thousands on which living cells depend for survival."

Given that there are trillions of different kinds of cells in the body, all in delicate balance with each other, each of these varied cellular structures would also have to develop by chance. In a Times-Advocate interview in December 1982, Hoyle declared that this mathematical impossibility is well known to scientists, yet nobody seems willing to "blow the whistle" on the absurdity of Darwinian theory. Hoyle claims "most scientists still cling to Darwinism because of its grip on the educational system," and because they don't want to be branded as "heretics." Let's hope this allegation is at least partially true.

Others have "done the math" as well. British molecular biologist Francis Crick, who received the 1962 Nobel Prize for the discovery of the double helix structure of DNA, wondered if we weren't from around here. After discovering the astonishingly huge and complex information storage capacity of the DNA molecule (humans have three billion coding letters in each nucleus), Crick could not imagine any conditions under which this information vehicle could have evolved from non-living chemicals. He argued that since the earth has too short a history for life to have developed here, it must have developed on another planet in a solar system several billion years older than ours.

Crick's aversion to religion led him and Leslie Orgel, in 1973, to put forth the theory of Directed Panspermia. To get around the idea of God, Crick proposed that the primordial seeds of life were shipped to earth in spaceships billions of years ago by intelligent beings. After proposing this idea, Crick was left in the predicament of explaining the origin of the ET beings, and finally had to acknowledge the paucity of the idea, saying, "Every time I write a paper on the origin of life, I swear I will never write another one, because there is too much speculation running after too few facts." (Life Itself, 1981)

Although an atheist, Crick was quoted as saying, "An honest man, armed with the knowledge available to us now, could only state that in some sense the origin of life appears to be almost a miracle." William Hamilton in his essay "Astrogenesis" suggests, "The real paradigm shift is to consider that the Universe is a life-producing nursery and that the genesis and evolution of life is not earth-centered but rather is distributed among the stars of the galaxies."

In his book The Structure of Scientific Revolutions, Thomas Kuhn defines a scientific revolution as a "non-cumulative developmental episode" whereby an older paradigm is replaced in whole or in part by an "incompatible new one." Such scientific revolutions begin with a growing sense that "an existing paradigm has ceased to function adequately in the exploration of an aspect of nature." The emergence of new theories is usually preceded by a period of "pronounced professional insecurity," since it involves large-scale paradigm destruction. Kuhn explains, under normal rules a scientific theory "is declared invalid only if an alternative candidate is available to take its place."

Unfortunately for them, academia and its inflexible materialist skeptics have persistently disallowed any alternative candidates from the Vitalist arena to impose on their Nature party: such as Lovelock and Margulis's Gaia Theory (in this case they made it conform to Naturalism before allowing a baby toe in); Rupert Sheldrake's Theory of Formative Causation (they absolutely spit on the idea of morphogenetic fields); Extraterrestrial theories such as Panspermia, Visitor Genetic Breeding or Planetary Seeding experiments ("little green men" anybody?); the mathematical theories of Intelligent Design ("Creationism in a cheap tuxedo"); and we all know where they stand on the "Super-natural" theory of Creationism (oh well, I say, if it walks like a duck).

Many people I talk to are under the assumption that Darwinism is playfully malleable and open to their mishmash of supernatural ideas. I try to inform them that Darwinian evolution is an all-or-nothing theory; it will not allow inclusion of any Vitalist or Supra-natural process—or, goddess forbid, any anthropomorphism. It is very exacting on that rule. If you are espousing any form of Supernaturalism, you are clearly not a Darwinian. Perhaps you are a Vitalist.

The essential problem is, according to Kuhn, scientists cannot do research in the absence of a controlling and overarching (i.e., tightly closed and uncompromising) paradigm: in this case Naturalism (Materialism) as opposed to Supernaturalism (Vitalism). Under normal circumstances they do not and can not pull the floor out from under themselves by either switching paradigms or allowing an alternative toe in the door. But in the face of Official UFO Disclosure, the door will be blown out for them.

Extraterrestrial space travelers and Darwinian evolution are incompatible! Do not underestimate the reaction from the fundamentalist Scientism camp: the discovery of Extraterrestrial Intelligence, and specifically of the extraterrestrial humanoid form, blows Earth-centric evolutionary biology straight out of the water!

BAM! SPLASH! HIGH AND DRY!

"Pronounced professional insecurity" does not even begin to describe what unbending Darwinists will go through under Official UFO Disclosure, should it actually occur. The Catholic Church has already announced its acceptance of extraterrestrial beinghood. Science has not. It will not be the followers of fundamentalist religions but the followers of rigid, unyielding Scientism who will be in the herd of lemmings headed straight for the edge of the cliff.

The first Circles of Light Council was formed in 1994 following a gathering on the Spring Equinox

called, "The Circles of Light Celebration." The idea was founding upon hosting festivals where

members and non-members alike could gather to find deeply fulfilling enjoyment and peace

while in relation.

The diversity and creativity that contribute to our festivals allow for an honest environment

where we can more freely express our selves with-in and with-out. This is made possible

by a group accord of shared consciousness--to appreciate

the moments of our life...together...

safely and in peace.

Over the last twelve years, the council has evolved into

a more complex alliance that shares a common thread--

a mission of peace to promote re-memberance of our human potential.

This mission is accomplished through our interactions with everything around us,

in our daily life and through the festivals that link us to the larger circle of life

in our community and in our world. We are active locally and globally

and have both mobile and stationary crews. There is also a public

and a private side to our group life, and each must thrive.

After much contemplation, in late 2003, the Elysian Dream was

conceived to promote the message of the Circles of Light publicly.

Our connection to you is stronger than ever, as your energies reach up and join with ours. The result is that the strength of the Light upon Earth is permeating all around it, affecting the dark energies and lessening their power to pull you down to their level. It has grown into a most formidable Light that is daily awakening more people to the truth. With your consciousness growing the dark forces find that their hold over you is weakening, and their attempts to cover up their real agenda is failing. There was a time not so long ago when you were very gullible, and partly due to your trust of officialdom you were easily manipulated and having your freedom taken away. Now their actions are coming back to haunt them, as the truth emerges.

You represent a powerful energy that can no longer be contained by the dark, and they see it eclipsing their own and becoming the driving force on Earth. You are but a short way from achieving the victory that will not only reverse the onward march to destruction, but also restore your sovereignty and freedom. This was all foreseen a long time ago, but the manner in which you will achieve it is down to you. Even now there are many paths that have been created that will remove the last cabal, and each one moves forward in its own right. They are destined to reach fulfillment, and reveal to the world the manner in which you have been mislead and used for ulterior purposes. Few governments can claim to be innocent of deceiving the people, using lies and subterfuge to gain their own way.

In the time following First Contact, you will experience a change in the old ways of governance, to one that truly represents the people and their spiritual aspirations. Where religion has previously split the people, there will be a coming together in a common recognition of the truth and understanding that there is only the One God. Some will fight the changes, but common sense will prevail and many will change their beliefs. Freedom of choice will be greater and not less, and patriotic fervor will be replaced by recognition of the Oneness of Humanity. You are One Race, and in recognizing the Infinity of life will accept that you have lived upon Earth in many guises, in a multitude of lives. You are neither black or white or any other color, but have been of all persuasions in your long journey through time.

The common factor that applies to you all is your immutable link to the Source from which you originated. How many times have we told you that you are One, yet it is forgotten and separatism raises its ugly head. Fortunately the Light is breaking down those self imposed barriers leading to better relations. Indeed, your ability to travel all over the world and see how other people live and experience their culture, is showing you the importance of all of these different expressions. Enemies have been created since time immemorial, and they are convenient to excuse wars that have often had nothing but material gain in mind. Land and wealth have been the objective of the stronger countries all through your history, and today it is no different.

The war in the Middle East has long been understood as one revolving around control and ownership of the oil deposits. It teeters on a knife-edge as it threatens to escalate into a greater conflict, and become of worldwide proportions. Against it stands the Light that is revealing the truth behind the false reasons for starting the campaign, and there is a great power for good that opposes its further expansion. It is time to shut the door on confrontation and put in its place co-operation, to speak peace instead of war and think of sharing and caring for each other. Those who have turned to the Light understand the need to halt the path that leads to annihilation, and set course for the path to Ascension.

Clearly one path has to become your preferred way forward, and those who have love and compassion in their hearts the freedom to express themselves. The two cannot continue to run together side by side, and consequently there will be a point when they will divide. It will be the giving of freedom to both groups to continue on their own path, and those of the Light shall remain with Mother Earth as she also ascends, and the choice of the rest to remain in the lower dimension also honored. At a higher level there is no judgement involved in this action, but simply the outworking and compliance with your freewill choice. We therefore ask that you too honor each other’s choice for your future experiences.

We would hasten to add that it is never too late to turn to the Light, and it will be easier understood after First Contact has taken place. By then the truth of your connection to us will have become known, and more importantly to each other. We of the Galactic Federation come to you not just to restore the Earth and advance you into the new technological age, but also enhance your understanding of God and the Laws of the Universe. This is necessary as you grow in your creative powers, as they must be accompanied by an awakened consciousness. Progress will be quick and you will take a great leap into the future, and eventually become fully conscious Beings.

The advancement that you are about to experience would not be available to you unless you were prepared for upliftment. In the last 50 years you have made incredible progress and overcome all manner of attempts to hold you back. It is why you have now become the Wayshowers, and have helped mankind find the path to the Light. It revolves around the expansion of your Light and manifestation of your Love for all life. It is the sharing of it, and its healing qualities that are also helping the Earth itself. The great events that are looming large that will change Humanity are getting nearer, and we register your desires and prayers for the peace they will bring.

I am Atmos from Sirius, and it is pleasing to note that the many sources of information about Ascension, have lifted your expectations beyond such events as Armageddon. This was predicted and foreseen as a possibility for the end-times, but is no longer valid in its original form. Your growing awareness of the power of the Light has changed the path you created, for one that holds Light and Love. Carry your Light as your banner of freedom, and lift up the hopes of others as you carry out your daily tasks.

The Different Levels of Reality and Ultimately Merging into the Absolute Omni-Potent Infinity

The humbleness you feel is your own essence shining through the very existence.

I know there is something about both of us, and all of us, all of human existence, we are beginning to tap our potential and fufill our birth-right, beginning to integrate and use the inherent possibility within our DNA and our brains and our full three-fold body structure, letting go of karma at each level, physical, astral, all the way up into the absolute infinity of the casual realms, experiencing all as the delicate network of ideas, God's infinite creation.

As well as ultimately learning to liberate ourselves completely and let go of all bodies and all karma, into formlessness and the absolute, while retaining our "consciousness of individuality", in absolute infinity and unity with God.

The last liberation requires letting go of all karma on all three levels of reality, physical, astral, casual (mental)

To quote Sri Yukteswar "The mere presence of a body (any kind of body, on any of the levels) signifies that its existence is made possible by unfifilled desires (karma)."Therefore to become ultimately liberated a soul must let go of all desires and merge completely with the omnipotent infinity of God.

As I am in a body (omni on a few levels), I by no means claim to be an expert at this.

Make the teachings as accessible and universal as possible.

IIf this message resonates with you I ask you to read or reference to chapter 43 of Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda, the title entitled "The Resurrection of Sri Yukteswar." That explains it in its entirety, and is in my opinion the best, most grounded and in integrity description I've found of a most divine being reporting on the after-death state and the different levels of reality.

The other is the re-incarnate knowledge of the Tibetan Book of the Dead, which can be integrated into this knowledge. The Clear Light of Reality of the Tibetan Book of The Dead being the absolute, omni-potent infinity of God, which by merging with at the moment in death, or in life, or in periods in life like meditation or dreaming, we can let go of all karma and be one with infinity.

The Earth Mission Codes

The following codes are given for starseeds, walk-ins and lightworkers involved in either the 1st or 2nd Grand Experiment or the Sirius B Catastrophe. Also those with a connection to Sanat Kumara. The codes are geometric and form an ancient and universal language known as Haburu. Instead of giving you just abstract geometric shapes such as lines and circles, it was decided long ago to embed these codes as symbols within stories. Since we humans are equipped with the unique ability to feel emotions, these various items would, when experienced through sight and sound, engender strong emotional reactions. And with those reactions would be a sense of knowing, of remembrance.

Each symbol embedded within the stories carries a time lock. Each time lock was destined to be released during a specific planetary alignment. That alignment will come about during the time of May 3-5, 2000. Hence the reason for explaining the codes now. Each code/symbol is connected to a specific major galactic event and its ensuing emotional wound. These major wounds are being replayed on Earth and will continue to be replayed until they are healed, and we must heal them because until we do, we will continue to repeat them even to the point that we destroy our planet in much the same way as we did the worlds involved in the major galactic wounds. Your mission is to heal your part of the event(s) in which you were involved. For that reason, we call them Earth Mission Codes.

As part of providing these codes they are separated into groups with each group representing a certain group of individuals and their soul group assignment. Please remember that you may find yourself drawn to symbols in each of the groups.

Let’s begin with the 1st Earth Grand Experiment and give the stories that contain its symbols along with an explanation of the overall mission for that group of individuals.

Lyran Avyon, the 1st Earth Grand Experiment

Located in the Vega star system of Lyra this was the first human colony and the original home of the Humans. This experiment ended with the first major war between the Humans and the Reptilians, who had settled on the neighboring planet. It set up the emotional block between the two races that has been passed down through the timelines, dimensions and generations to our present day.

The Lyran or Pelegaian Group assignment is one of teaching polarity integration. These individuals find embracing the Dark side to be most natural and the concept of roles are an easy and logical concept for them to grasp.

These individuals feel most comfortable moving beyond the “love and light” belief system, preferring to show their real selves, i.e., their Dark sides as well as their Light sides. They have the intrinsic understanding that the Dark has significant value in the process of spiritual evolution. The Lyran soul group is being brought together even as we speak.

Pleiadian Avyon, the 2nd Earth Grand Experiment

Located in the Pleiadian Star System this was the second time polarity integration was attempted with the result being a polarization to the Light and eventual stagnation of spiritual growth. This planet was destroyed as a result the Andromedan Android Alliances’ attacks due to betrayal by a member of the ruling family during a civil war. Societal issues over the equality of the A.I’s and the division within the society that it created was a catalyst of this war. Another catalyst was the Sword of Truth; a long cylindrical crystal that contained the history of the planet and its feline/human inhabitants all the way back to their creation on the 1st Avyon, the 1st Grand

The primary mission of this soul group is to assist the people of earth in moving beyond the temptation to polarize to the light (unity consciousness out of balance becomes the hive mentality.) The Nibiruan Council group assignment is to assist the earth by providing the comprehensive educational program for the people of earth in order to help them create the additional grids around Earth. The goal is to create grids all the way up to 9D at which point mankind will have the ability to integrate the Light and Dark to the degree that they will ascend the planet and end the Universal Game of Polarity Integration.

This comprehensive educational program will be provided through a “web of light” on the Internet. The “web of light” is a term used to indicate an interconnected web of web sites that provide various aspects of multidimensional education including the science of compassion. Those creating these web sites are the teachers and healers who are feeling the call to share their knowledge and help guide humanity through the coming changes. These symbols are being given to help you find clues to your mission particular mission. As you identify with one particular group over the others, make a verbal intent that you are willing to play your part and fulfill your assignment. Then watch to see how you begin to connect with people who have the same general mission and therefore, are part of your group. This is happening for me right now. I am meeting many lion and dragon people that share the Lyran group assignment. It is amazing!

One thing to remember, we have all done this before on the first and second Earth Grand Experiments and of course the Sirius B experience (not considered one of the grand experiments but close to it, see We are the Nibiruans.) Each time we go through one of these experiences we move that much closer to learning how to achieve integration. It is believed that we have learned enough from those experiments to complete polarity integration this time around. Acceptance is the key, acceptance of all things, both Light and Dark, as having a value. Acceptance is the way out of blame, shame, guilt, depression and overall victimhood. Acceptance is compassion in action!

We have been given the Multidimensional Keys of Compassion to achieve acceptance. Now is our time. We knew it was coming. Time to step up to the plate and verbally accept your mission. Say to your guides, “I am willing to take on my mission even though I do not know what all it will entail, I am willing to do it anyway. So be it, let it be done.” If you are one who has been searching for your mission, this verbal intent will cause it to begin to manifest. I can guarantee it. So hold on to your hats as your world begins to change and people, opportunities and funding come forth for you to complete your assignment.

Know that there will be blocks, but these are your fuel for ascension. Use The Multidimensional Keys of Compassion to clear them and keep moving on. You have plenty of help and emotional support available to you, but the ultimate power to achieve your mission is already within you.

If you question whether they have heard you and have answered, do what they taught me to do. Ask for confirmation to be given in 24 hours or less and in a way that you can’t possibly misinterpret. This is one of the secrets to manifesting.

Salt has been used in healing for centuries to treat respiratory illnesses, fevers, wounds, and skin diseases. Also, energy healers have recommended salt baths to help cleanse negative energy from people?s aura. Usually only a few tablespoons or cups are used for such baths. However, we have recently discovered that salt baths can help people with serious negative entity attachment or possession problems. The difference is much more salt is required.

This tutorial discusses how to prepare a mega salt bath and the value of salt for people suffering from serious negative energy or entity problems. **Warning!* Do not do mega salt baths if you have kidney, liver or heart problems. You may wish to consult your doctor prior to taking a mega salt bath, if you have low blood pressure, liver, kidney, or heart problems.

Drinking alcohol can greatly dehydrate your body and cause low blood pressure. Never take mega salt baths if you are dehydrated. A doctor should be consulted before giving any child a salt bath.

" *Salt **Bath** Procedure:* ** *What you need:

At least 4 kg (8.8 lbs.) of coarse crystal salt to start with (Crystals 1/8^th of an inch in diameter or more), preferably sea salt. You can raise or decrease the amount of salt used in the bath based on your needs. You want something that will not dissolve too rapidly. If sea salt is too expense you can use pickling salt or salt used in swimming pools. The important thing is that it be in a coarse or chunky crystalline form.

Tea towels and older towels you do not mind submersing in the bath tub. - A snorkel (if you want to totally submerse your head) - If you would like some ambiance get out some candles and nice music. - An hour or two of your time.

*The Procedure:

Caution:

This procedure is not suitable for children under the age of 10 years because of dehydration risks. *Check with your doctor if you have liver, kidney or heart problems and make certain you drink lots of water before and afterwards. *Do not drink alcohol before or during mega salt bath. This increases the risk of dehydration.

*Step 1:* Drink a large glass of water or Gator Aid. Gator Aid is best. Have water on hand to sip during the bath. Eat a banana before the bath, as this also will help stop dehydration

. *Step 2:* Draw a bath. You might have to be in it for a while so give some room to add more hot water to keep the bath at a comfortable, relaxing temperature.

*Step 3:* If you have negative energy problems concentrated down your back, it is helpful to lay an old towel on the bottom of the bath tub. Pour 2 kg (4.4 lbs.) of salt over the towel. The towel will help keep the salt crystals in place so they do not shift around on the bottom of the bath tub. Also the towel will help press the crystals up against the skin on your back. It is important that there be close skin contact with the crystals.

*Step 4:* Before you lay down in the tub grab some tea towels and wet them. Pour salt on these and wrap them around any parts of you which will not be submerged in the salt water or around parts of your body that you notice have particularly high concentrations of negative energy. Pour the remaining salt from foot to chest.

*Step 5:* Shower or rinse with fresh water afterwards. This is important as salt on skin will cause dehydration. *Have plenty of water on hand to sip during the bath. *_Notes about covering the head:_* You can use the wet tea towel technique to keep salt in close contact to your neck and head. If your biggest energy problems are around your head you may also wish to submerse the head and breathe through a snorkel. This is extreme, but a valuable option for some

Warning

1) These large quantities of salt in a bath can be dehydrating. It is advisable to drink a large glass of water or Gator Aid prior to the bath. Also, if you start feeling dizzy get out of the bath tub, reduce the heat of the bath and have another glass of water. It is unlikely you will have problems but if you have very low blood pressure or heart problems you may wish to consult your doctor first.

(2) Salt can sting the eyes. In the event that salt does get into your eyes rinse your eyes out with fresh water from the tap for several minutes.

(3) If you have a septic field beware that large amounts of salt can cause problems for a septic field, especially if it is located in clay soil. The salt can bind with the clay and the porosity of the septic field lost. In this event the entire septic field may have to be dug up at great cost. Dumping into a city sewer system tends not to be a problem since there is a great deal of dilution down the sewer line.

(4) Heavy salt baths do affect the pH (alkalinity). For women this can increase the risk of vaginal yeast infections. A vinegar or garlic water douche after the bath can help avoid this problem.

(5) If you have medical problems, specifically, liver, kidney or heart problems, check with your doctor first.

(6) Do not drink alcohol before or during a mega salt bath as this increases risk of dehydration

(7) Showering after mega salt bath is very important to reduce risk of dehydration

Case Histories: (Please note that names have been changed for privacy)

.#1: Violet?s Case, which started it all.

One day after doing distance healing on a particularly difficult negative entity attachment case, a great deal of fiery electric negative energy ended up on my hands, arms, feet and legs and chest. I had been overworking myself and was tired at the time. I decided to take a bath and deal with this problem later. Then I noticed a large bag of sea salt behind the bathroom door. My husband occasionally took salt baths. I decided to see just what salt could do. Normally, small amounts of salt are used for salt baths. Instead of using a small amount, I poured half of the 2 kg (4.4 lb) bag over my feet and legs and then the other half on my chest. I then grabbed salt crystals in my hands and crossed my arms over my chest ensuring lots of contact with the wet salt crystals. I was very impressed with the results. All the negative energy sensations stopped within a few minutes of laying there relaxing. I then showered to wash off the excess salt. After this experience, I asked the women, Cindy, who I had been distance healing that day to try a mega salt bath. She too found surprising results and continues to find the salt baths helpful. Cindy later reported that sea salt was more effective than pickling salt. She also reported that during her first heavy salt bath, with salt crystals poured on her chest, feeling a major uncoiling and release of an uncomfortable negative energy, which was inside her heart chakra. It was also discovered after several more cases, that when large amounts of negative energy were involved, more salt and longer bathing times were required to feel significant relief. So, if you need to be in the bath for an hour or more you may want nice ambient music and candles to help you relax and enjoy your stay.

#2: Karl

Karl, a male in his early forties was complaining of severe pain in all his joints and vertebrae. He was growing increasingly concerned because the pain was now spreading to his internal organs. Stomach, intestinal and heart pains were growing in intensity. On visiting medical doctors and after blood tests, orthoscopy and a battery of tests no physical cause could be found for his internal organ pains. Karl started growing increasingly concerned and was willing to try alternatives. This individual had suffered several severe emotional traumas in his life and negative energy and entity attachments were strongly suspected. Karl was receiving energy body healings. The healer noticed two large lumps, suspected attachment points. A two inch diameter gristly lump was around Karl?s third vertebrae and a larger six inch gristly lump was located in the middle of his back. The healer sensed sharp energies, which felt like stinging nettle and less often large electrical shocks. The energy body healings were helping but Karl needed an additional way to help himself on stressful days. We asked him to try the mega salt baths. He noticed they helped and increased the effectiveness of his energy body healing sessions. The baths helped him to lose less ground between healings. The following things were noticed by Karl while taking salt baths. During the first 4 lb. sea salt bath he felt a significant decrease in pain. Towels were used to keep the chunks of sea salt in direct contact with the lumps on Karl?s back and neck. Bizarre sensations and energy shifts were felt inside these lumps while the wet salt was in contact with them. The lump on the neck noticeably decreased in size during his first bath. Karl even heard occasional sizzling sounds associated with the energy movements and sensations in the lump on his neck. His second sea salt bath also provided significant relief and reduction in size of both lumps. This indicates heavy salt baths could weaken attachment points. During a third bath, 8 lb. of pickling salt was used. Karl was given ? using laying of hands ? an energy healing while taking this salt bath. The results from combining energy healing with a salt bath are very promising. Approximately thirty minutes into the bath, a huge energy shift was felt within Karl as if a large weight had been lifted off of him. After this bath Karl started noticing other things. When a person is in a great deal of pain, it is difficult to notice small shifts in pain. However, he now started to notice that the pain shifted to spots not covered with salt. For example: Karl would suddenly feel pain shoot to his tooth. When he put wet salt in his hand and placed this on his cheek, the pain dissipated within half a minute. Later during other baths he noticed that the spots he usually felt the most pain in started throbbing and pulsing. After an hour of being in the tub the throbbing spots started to buzz then itch before finally ceasing to have any sensation. Longer bath times were requested. Karl did this and noticed he required 1.5 hours in the tub to reach a point where all negative energy sensations stopped. Karl still benefits from salt baths after a particularly stressful day at work. His recovery has been excellent. The lump on his neck has completely disappeared and the lump in the middle of his back is half the size it was.

Salt Notes:

Placing salt in plastic bags was also found to help people suffering from heavy negative energy attacks. If the plastic bags are sturdy enough, they can be placed in the bottom of shoes and worn throughout the day. If night attacks are a serious problem a person can fill plastic bags with salt and pack these around the areas where attacks are felt most severely. Common night attack locations are the feet, hands and major chakras. Loose socks or even knee high nylons can be used to keep the salt bags in place while a person sleeps. It is important to note that the salt in the bags should be replaced regularly. Fine table salt seems to work best in the bags since it distributes nicely in the bags and is less lumpy to sleep on. A heavy solution of salt water, brine, can also be added to hot water bottles. These can be used in bed. Salt packs and bottles can be used two or three times, depending on strength of negative energy. But, always replace or refreshafter a major attack. Mega salt baths show their greatest potential when combined with a healing done while the person is in the salt bath. But that the salt bath on its own does help the person weaken the attachments over time and makes life much more liveable. The most important thing is to keep up the salt baths. A salt bath is something that can be done in the dead of winter (unlike garden hose) and may be easier for some people to do than the shower + white light visualization

There are many facets to the sub-divisions within the Earthlight Council of Emissaries.
The ECE represents a fusion of the luminant body of the founding visionary circle,
that connects with people and associates them into the Earth Light Project.

Within the ECE, there are expert diplomacy agents, engineers, scientists,
and meta-technicians who assist in keeping the perspectives in mind
of the bigger picture of metavision, responsibilities, commitments,
timelines, and accountability relating to ELP core concerns.

Some Earthlight Emissaries are more active in outreach,
relating moreso to the role of storyteller, bringing messages
through scale models and virtual presentations and tours
to share with others who may be instrumental in this...
multi-faceted gem that is the Earth Light Project.
Other capacities include fostering new designs
for power generation and vehicle propulsion options
and material choices for the Earthlight structure itself.
Earthlight is a place for All, and, people make it possible.

In order to further the sophistication of our technologies,
communications, and human resources, it is up to
real live people in the flesh to physically travel
for meetings with other scientists, engineers,
and dignitaries in other parts of the planet,
in order to successfully negotiate relations.

For all to see, we shall make reports and updates
concerning the details of our assignments and travels.
In a way, as primary outreach division for Earth Light,
we can be understood as "metamissionaries."
The ECE is a luminary terran corps of
mission specialists, in the areas of:

research and information gathering
diplomacy and advocation
travel and transportation

Each of us, that compose the body of the ECE,
takes on, or is specifically assigned missions
to further the intention--operating in service
at a degree and capacity interdependant
upon qualifications and interest level.

These may involve many components
just within themselves from researching
and maintaining a quality level in our fleet
of reliable and socially responsible vehicles
that we use to get us from location to location.

Such uses for the fleet also include:

distributing information at local and distant events
presenting demonstrations to meet external interest
assisting us to meet with VIP's for potential merges
bringing whole relief kitchens to distaster sites

Just as the divisions within the ECE
may be viewed as corps of agents
who specialize in a specific area,
other departments may be viewed as
being comprised of entire fleets of
outreach operatives; fleets that,
together, make up an armada.
Each of these RealationShips
represents a special theme
interdependant upon its
own individual purpose
in the corps/circle/council.

When the fleet is mobilized
by the ECE, there are at times
when multiple ships and caravans
are present--an alliance of themes.
In that way, the ships work together,
each serving a specific need in a way
that makes its purpose multi-functional.

For instance, the same vehicles that move
the monolithic speakers of the sound system
for the Earth Light Project may split up to serve
as the actual bases for the surround sound effect
within Black Rock City. In addition, the same fleet
of buses may move people from a region to mobilize
to another regional group that requests aid in dire times.

These vehicles can also serve as large billboards
for information regarding the Earthlight Project.
We use this armada to accomplish missions
related to service to the Earthlight Project.

From time to time, we will each have our
own opportunities to plug in--in service
to our greater good, made manifest
as the Earth Light Project.

Within the Earthlight Corps of Emissaries,
and Engineers, etc. are the best of the best
at what they do. Involved are representatives

we can be understood as "metamissionaries."
The ECE is a luminary terran corps of
mission specialists, in the areas of:

research and information gathering
diplomacy and advocation
travel and transportation

Each of us, that compose the body of the ECE,
takes on, or is specifically assigned missions
to further the intention--operating in service
at a degree and capacity interdependant
upon qualifications and interest level.

These may involve many components
just within themselves from researching
and maintaining a quality level in our fleet
of reliable and socially responsible vehicles
that we use to get us from location to location.

Such uses for the fleet also include:

distributing information at local and distant events
presenting demonstrations to meet external interest
assisting us to meet with VIP's for potential merges
bringing whole relief kitchens to distaster sites

Just as the divisions within the ECE
may be viewed as corps of agents
who specialize in a specific area,
other departments may be viewed as
being comprised of entire fleets of
outreach operatives; fleets that,
together, make up an armada.
Each of these RealationShips
represents a special theme
interdependant upon its
own individual purpose
in the corps/circle/council.

When the fleet is mobilized
by the ECE, there are at times
when multiple ships and caravans
are present--an alliance of themes.
In that way, the ships work together,
each serving a specific need in a way
that makes its purpose multi-functional.

For instance, the same vehicles that move
the monolithic speakers of the sound system
for the Earth Light Project may split up to serve
as the actual bases for the surround sound effect
within Black Rock City. In addition, the same fleet
of buses may move people from a region to mobilize
to another regional group that requests aid in dire times.

These vehicles can also serve as large billboards
for information regarding the Earthlight Project.
We use this armada to accomplish missions
related to service to the Earthlight Project.

Within the Earthlight Corps of Emissaries,
and Engineers, etc. are the best of the best
at what they do. Involved are representatives
and "responsables" within the many circles that
make up the Earth Light Project...bright luminaries,
that hold the vision strong, and charged with the task
of holding the torch high--that the way may be shown
to others that will come in the future, also touched
by the guiding Earth Light inspirational visions.

i just wanna say, i've been livin on this earth for a while....when i first started gettin your news letter i didn't take it sirriously. then i began 2 feel that i am not a human being, not compared with the people around me. it's been explained 2 me that i am different n i've never made peace with the situation, nor the people around me.but i realized i can't stand being alone, i hadn't developed the strength 2 b alone, ...... so i am a human being like the rest but i'm different , my understanding is accute. so i want 2 thank u 4 the news letters, they're very supportive n i have 2 appricilove that.
