A simplified version of our party platform includes:

* Supporting Election reform & Ballot access
* Supporting Fair trade agreements (not free trade agreements)
* Get out of the WTO, CAFTA & NAFTA
* Eliminate the U.S. trade debt
* Stop the outsourcing of American jobs & technology
* Use our great military only when it is in our national interest (Iraq-NO)
* Secure the Homeland and stop actual Terrorist threats
* More neutral stance on Israeli/Palestinian conflict
* Energy INDEPENDENCE through renewable clean energy sources-wind, solar, etc.
* Promote Organic Agriculture & safe food supply
* STOP the Neo-conservative, PNAC,
& AIPAC highjacking of American foreign policy.
* Support involved foreign policy but Oppose isolationist and interventionist foreign policy
* Seek a stable & sustainable U.S. population
* Enforce illegal immigration laws, address visa fraud
* Punish employers who hire illegal workers
* Pro-environment (clean water, air, land)
* Support the separation between church and state (stop the assult of right-wing religious extremists)
* Fix social security & health care
* Fund education, reform education, make higher education affordable
* Balance budget & end wasteful pork spending
* End corporate special interests
* Keep America safe, but don't infringe on individual rights
* STOP patriot act provisions
* Keep Government out of our bedrooms, libraries and phone & web conversations.
* Support the right to bear arms.
* Work to remedy inequalities so we can begin phasing out affirmative action programs- instead use true empowerment programs.
* Create a sensible tax policy with no cuts during wartime and No big raises or cuts during peacetime, and No cuts that mostly benefit the wealthy
* Oppose any attempts to amend U.S. constitution to ban gay marriage
* Support an Individuals right to have same sex marriage or civil unions
*Support gay rights in anti-discrimination laws such as equal housing laws
* Oppose anti-choice legislation (doesn't mean we are pro-abortion), this includes both abortion and end of life issues i.e, assisted suicide.
* Protect the family farmer and small business owners
* Protect homeowners from corporate land stealing (Eminent Domain)
* Fight the big media
* Support a full & complete investigation into the events leading to 9/11
* Ban any unneeded animal research such as for the development of cosmetics
* Return physical education & history classes to our schools (they are being forgotten for subjects on the NCLB act)
* Give the two party politicans the boot
