Food Drive -- Donate in 2008!
Club DubDub is hosting an ongoing poster-for-donation food drive to benefit the Houston Food Bank, with artwork generously donated by April Wilcox/Morphedelic Design. The first 20 people to donate 5 lbs of dried beans (any variety) or $10 will receive a limited edition show poster signed by both the artist and the band!

      It appears that long overdue THANK YOUs are in order!

      HUGE THANKS to April Wilcox and Cony for cleaning up and setting up the lounge before the show, and to the two of you and Kirk for the help setting up the shelters. Everything looked fantastic out there, you guys rock! Extra thank you to Cony for loaning the Texas tiedye to hang behind the stage, and for bringing alll the umbrellas (and yes, the umbrella hats)!

      Thanks to Lisa & Greg for the EZ-up loan (the smokers LOVE you guys)!

      Thanks to Kirk for taping the show -- can't wait to hear it again!

      Thanks to Kurt for, of course, the meat!

      Thanks to April Wilcox for designing the poster, to the band for signing the whole stack of them, Teacher Taylor for handling the distribution, and all of you for bringing the beans! We donated 98 pounds and $51 to the Houston Food Bank! (If you forgot your poster, we have it -- and a few extra, ask if interested!)

      Extra special thanks to Jordan for accompanying his mom on the adventure that was delivering the food to the Houston Food Bank. Sorry I made you late to class!

      Thanks to EVERYONE who came out with food, smiles and dancing feet on a rainy Friday night and made it all so much fun. Let's do it again soon! :)
