There are enough people waging war and living life framed in terms of conflict. We're here to build the PEACE. We do not expect life to be without conflict. We hope to develop ways for peaceful resolution of conflict, with respect among and for all parties involved. It's a small planet, folks, and we're clearly pushing Mother Earth to her limits. How do we turn it around and create ways of living that are sustainable, in harmony with our environment and supportive of our World?

This tribe is for people who wish to join together with the collective intention of networking on the Social and Technological issues faced by Intentional Community builders. We hope to network Intentional Communities together with compassionate cooperation. This is intended to be a forum where people will share ideas and collaborate in peace and harmony. Discussions in this tribe are expected to be in alignment with the principles of 'Compassionate Communication' (a.k.a. Nonviolent Communication or NVC. See the NVC Tribe: nvc.tribe.net/ ) Flaming is SO not okay here. If conflict arises, we expect all parties involved to work together to resolve it. This is the fundamental reason why we are here.
