We need to start working towards our "private island in the sea"...though honestly I think it better to find a valley in the mountains or some other land-based property.
Per my discussion w/Spaceman on the way home from LIB this year and then two more people nearly right in a row, including Scotty Whitaker of Solar Saucer fame, I def feel it pertinent to seriously pursue this.
