Greetings, I am new to the area. I live in Longmont and love to hoop. I'm still learning, if anyone would like to get together in a park and hoop!

I'm the one with the glitter tattoo :) I am so glad you replied, I talked to Hannah who I go to southwest acupuncture with and she invited me out Saturday evening for dinner and talent show. I tend to frequent parks with playgrounds and especially swings as my toddler loves to swing. Meeting up with some fellow hoopers would be awsome! Are there nice parks in Longmont? The park in Louisville is nice and kid friendly, so is the park at Waneka Lake. Of course my husband does owe me some "me" time so I can meet up kid free too =)

Wed, October 10, 2007 - 12:37 PMI have a two year old son and I'd love to meet up before the weather gets too cold for outside hooping... weekends are best for me, but this weekend won't work. Possibly the following weekend... I can try to get down to Longmont/Boulder area. Let me know!

I would love to learn more about it, but that can come later. As Longmont is in between your local and Lafayette, maybe we can meet there. Have you been to Loomiller park? Or know of another good one?

I'm thinking about meeting up with a friend in Longmont this weekend actually, she has two girls, 3 and 6yrs. old. Maybe we can have a play date/ hoop mama date! We'll see if the weather cooperates... -
