1- August 25, 2006 – set up crew arrives.
*Main tent
-Main pole set & roof
*Erect & stake – rebar & rope
-Perimeter poles set
*Erect & stake – rebar & rope
-Hanging Walls
*Attach using snap hooks
*Attach ropes with dog bones

*Dwelling tents – crew sets up their tents & shade structures
-Main pole structures
*Aluminum pole sets
-Tent Cover
-Secure w/ stakes & rope

2- August 26, 2006 – kitchen & lounge
*Kitchen tent
-Weather lines & main pole
*Erect & stake – rebar & rope
-Perimeter poles set
*Erect & stake – rebar
-Hanging walls
*Attach using snap hooks
*Attached rope w/ dog bones
-Stock kitchen some w/ food & cooking utensils


*Lounge tent
-Weather lines & main pole
*Erect & stake – rebar & rope
-Perimeter poles set
*Erect & stake – rebar
-Hanging walls
*Attach using snap hooks
*Attached rope w/ dog bones

3- August 27, 2006 – setting up the main tent


*Set up main tent flooring
-Lay down foam interlocking floor
-Lay down fuzzy carpet
-Place lounge pillows

*Set up stage in main tent
-Small stage doubles as table
*Folds out – no hardware

*Set up main tent lighting & test run
-String internal perimeter lighting
-String external perimeter lighting
-Set up generator behind camp area
*Connect all extension cords
*Power up generator & test lighting

* Generator will remain powered off until August 28th – the first day of the festival.



4- August 28, 2006 – finishing touches
*Set up lounge flooring
-Lay down foam interlocking floor
-Lay down fuzzy carpet
-Place lounge pillows

*Finish stocking kitchen
-Rest of food
-Rest of cooking utensils
