i want to go live in columbia again. i liked it. im in new orleans. there's a lot of flooding. i want to have a basement.

been raining alot, i guess... i know on the west bank, the expressway (elevated highway) does kinda flood when it raings alot.. you'd think with all the water they've been dealing with, for so long, that they'd plan for a bit extra and be ready for it....
i know someone who just 'moved' down there...
