This Tribe exists for the purpose of helping people who are in conflicts to deal with those conflicts.
If you have an abuse issue, notify TOU. They probably won't do anything about it, So, then you can bring it here. Or, If you have an abuse issue but don't think those involved have crossed the TOU line, and doubt that TOU would do anything about it, bring it here. We have no real authority, but we know formal logic and have a depth background in Ethics, Political Science,
And Law.
