What abut the issue of nonlethal weapons? Or more specifically, nonlethal weapons that really work. I feel that that is an important step toward nonviolent conflict resoltion, though I admit that current nonlethal weapons don't work very well.

i am certainly in favor of non lethal weapons, tho this tribe is more about on the net applications of
\non violence which means communications skills mostly.
we should be able to build a brown beam pretty easy, i don't know why we don't have them, they would
be smaller and cheaper than EMP (electromagnetic pulse) rifles, but have about the same effect.
for those who don't know what that is, a brown beam is like a brown out. In a way, its not a beam at
all, its a linear electron vamping device; sucks electrons away from things.
