Cross genre celebrations?

I think we need to, as a community, focus on coming together in events that feature group collaborations that normally would not occur. Such as Bluegrass and Bellydancing(of course) but also maybe other forms of art, such as (____your suggestions here____). The purpose of which is to bridge the common grounds of various cultures. That makes our community stronger.
