Why are people still arguing about this? Follow the money, who is funding groups that try to distract from the science and one always comes up with the same group of filthyrich who own the corporations that are making profit from the shit humans have to stop doing in order to even slightly mitigate the disaster that is bearing down on us.

But no, we'll keep arguing about this or that point while the entire planet ecosystem goes under with cancer. Just like tobacco, eh...yeah I guess!

The science people, almost every flipping one in all the connected fields, are running around waving their hands in the air screaming 'holy shit' but nobody is really listening...They hold a worldwide confernce (IPCC) and the politicians write the fucking position paper, not the scientists! Is that insane or what? You'd think crooked bankers should be writing their own bail outs or something...oh yeah, they are!

Then throw in all the current studies and new models and it begins to get really ugly. Islands in the South Pacific are being abandoned by their entire populations now, or are packing up in anticipation and petitioning other countries for land to put their populations. The equatorial ocean bulge where the science boys said it was going to be noticed first is, well, yeah being noticed. When your entire island is going underwater and thousands of people have to find somewhere else to live.

Paraphrasing one recent Euro climatologist interview I read a couple weeks ago: 'all the scientific studies, all the models, all the most current up-to-date evidence is showing that we're past tipping points. Changes and collapse is coming and faster than anyone ever guessed could be possible, but I've got kids and have to have hope for them.'

A scientist relying on HOPE? Holy shit, when the science people start talking like that it's time to really start listening, ya know? In other words, the science boys think we're fucked.

Oh, and the scientists are trying to change the description from global warming (picture a nice sunny day at the beach) and climate change (beautiful groves of growing oranges in Canada). Just too cutesy media-friendly totally without the impact they desperate want to convey to the world. So the really serious science types are now using the term: Catastrophic Climate Collapse. More realistic they say.
