The Aluminum is used to gather the radio wave same as aluminum is used to pick up Radio waves thru your atenae the aluminum heats up.

Water vapour freezes within minutes in the Ionosphere, you will see them at all times too. Commercial Flights and private jets. Chem trails are military in scope, they have a function and the fall out is aluminum, we breathe it. Very small particles that reflect in the Ionosphere as smoke.
