LIE: Police risk life & limb for you. The fact is they don't. .

We have all heard and read the propaganda that reads sort of like : "It is no small thing to daily go out there, risking your life, not knowing what lunatic might be behind the next door....so, you know, some of us get it...that it is very serious work and we do appreciate it. "

Well it's a fucking lie.
It is pure propaganda spread by the police themselves.

While it's true that in some neighborhoods and every once in a blue moon on a rural highway there are shots fired at the cops the simple fact is that it is the exceptionally rare circumstance that cops get assaulted attacked or shot at.
Mostly it's a damn lie.

You have a substantially better chance being attacked and murdered in your own home than any given police officer has of being shot on duty. Your chances of being attacked and murdered go up exponentially when you venture out of your home.

I just know that some folks will have a hard time with those assertions:

Roughly 5% of the officers who died over the past 100 years were killed taking law enforcement action while in an off duty capacity."

I think that in any given year more people are murdered than all causes of deaths for cops in a whole century.

Science Finds Amazing New Uses for Sound

Thanks to astounding discoveries made recently in the field of sound, you will soon be able to talk around the world,
deaf mutes will hear, and communication in battle areas will be revolutionized.
The amazing inventions which make such feats possible are described in this article.

IN A recent lecture on the new marvels being developed in the Bell Laboratories
I placed my finger against the ear of one of the members of the audience,
and he “heard” music and speech, though not a sound was audible on the stage.

That was electrostatic projection of speech directly into the human brain.

The speech had been transformed into high voltage electric current, passed through my body,
while the ear drum and surrounding tissue of the subject acted as one plate of a condenser receiver.

Just a laboratory experiment, so far, yet it is one of many new discoveries that are opening new leads
into the field of hearing, helping improve devices for the transmission of sound,
and bringing hearing back to the deaf.

It is quite possible, as some research workers have suggested,
==>> that science may make it practical to “hear” without using the ear drum at all.

Hearing, it has been discovered, is partly an electrical manifestation
in which a minute current is generated in the auditory nerve.

At Princeton University not long ago electrical contacts were established to the auditory nerve and brain of a cat,
the minute current in the nerve amplified through radio tubes, and words spoken into the ear of the living cat in one room
were reproduced through loud speakers in another.

At Bell Laboratories we not only have developed special apparatus to make it easier for deaf people to use the telephone,
but we have also created several portable outfits, known as audiphones,
which help these unfortunate ones to join again in conversation with their friends.

Few people realize that there is a definite upper limit to the loudness that the ear can stand,
so that extreme cases of deafness are beyond the aid of even the most potent amplifier.

Under the guidance of Dr. Harvey Fletcher we have developed the audiometer, an instrument to measure hearing.
It shows conclusively that no two cases of deafness are quite alike,
and that hearing-aid that proves successful for one person may be quite unsuited for another.
Dr. Fletcher has developed a simple method in which some one reads off lists of words,
at a distance of three feet from the pick-up device.

One list contains fifty words such as “bat, bite, boot, beat” in which the vowel is different for each;
the other has fifty words in which the consonant differs such as “by, high, thy, guy, why”.
After making this test with several hearing aids, and scoring errors in the consonants twice as heavily as in the vowels,
the user can decide which device best suits his particular kind of deafness.

The projection of speech direct into the brain is only one of the fantastic marvels of recent years.

Every day the air is filled with trans-oceanic radio telephone messages, winging their way between New York and Europe,
South America, Australia and South Africa.

From any telephone in the United States you can call any telephone subscriber in those far flung quarters of the globe,
but when you talk no eavesdropper can listen in.

Far down in lower New York your voice passes through a speech inverter mechanism
which turns it into a new language, unintelligible to the ear.

With patient practice one can learn some of the inverted words, but many are sounds which the human larynx cannot master.

The speech inverter is quite simple in theory.

Normal telephone speech falls between vibrations of 100 cycles up to 2,900 cycles.
When the speech is inverted, for every vibration is substituted a new one whose frequency is equal to some selected constant frequency, less the frequency of the original sound.

We use 3,000 cycles for the constant frequency, and a deep bass note of 100 cycles
is thus transformed into a high soprano of 2,900 cycles,
while the high notes are inverted to deep bass.
The result is much like passing light through a camera lens, which inverts the image,
so the top of the picture is focused on the bottom of the film in the camera, and the bottom of the image appears at the top.

At the other end of the trans-oceanic radio phone circuits similar inverters reverse the process,
and the party at the other end hears normal speech.

If there is another war the speech inverter may revolutionize the secrecy problem,
not only in radio conversations, but on the telephone lines at the front.
For, by simply changing the cycle according to a pre-determined arrangement,
the enemy would be unable to pick up and translate the messages, even with a similar machine.

Learning to speak a few words of the inverted language, so you can talk into a microphone
and have them come out of the inverter changed into intelligible English, is an interesting experiment.

If, for example, you can say “Cyaneon Playafeen Acecilofin” into the transmitter,
the inverting apparatus will repeat back “Illinois Telephone Association”.

There are always portions of the sounds that no human throat can master.
Such a simple word as company, for example, becomes crink-a-nope.

Speaking of possible war uses of new sound apparatus, the “talking light”,
one of the most interesting things still in the laboratory experimental stage,
offers an opportunity to develop secret wireless communication from the front lines to the rear.

The talking light is an electric arc in which the flame acts as a loud speaker,
and can be made to speak with almost the volume of a good dynamic speaker.
The principle behind the phenomenon was discovered by the inventor of the telephone,
Alexander Graham Bell, and Hammond V. Hayes,
one of the early Bell System engineers. They found that speech could be transmitted by a beam of light,
and also that when a telephone transmitter was connected across the terminals of an electric arc between carbon rods
the flaming arc would reproduce the words spoken into the transmitter.
At the same time beams of light were sent out which could be used to transmit speech several miles.

We have found that the light not only talks, but that it is modulated by the voice current
just as the glow of a neon lamp is modulated by the signals reaching a television receiver.

It is possible by using photoelectric cells to pick up the beam of modulated light to reproduce it directly
at a distant point as spoken words.
Such a system would be the last word in directional wireless,
for no one could listen in save by inserting a photoelectric tube in the beam,
and with the latter directed from the front lines toward the rear, the enemy could not eavesdrop.

Audiences listening to some of my talks on our work at the Bell Laboratories have been mystified by the fact that,
though I am constantly walking about the stage, and no microphone is in sight, my voice reaches them,
greatly amplified, through public address loud speakers.

The secret is a tiny microphone, no larger than a quarter, hidden in the breast pocket of my coat,
and connected to a trailing wire passing down to the floor inside my clothing.
Originally a development of an improved transmitter for telephone operator,
the device is now serving in a totally different field.

Another use for small and extremely sensitive microphones is in guarding the vaults of the Federal Reserve
and many other banks.

Tiny microphones are set in the vault walls, and they are so sensitive that a hand tapping against the vault will set them off,
while they are so adjusted that they remain insensitive to footsetps passing near, to trucks in the street, and to the rumbling subway trains.

A very clever electrical engineer might possibly locate one of the circuits, and, after study,
determine just the right amount of resistance
to put into the line and so circumvent the microphones while bank robbers could work.
So, to guard against that bare chance, the watch service officers are provided,
with a device by which, at frequent intervals, they can sweep through a whole cycle of resistance changes
and determine whether any one has been tampering with the circuit.
The cleverest bank robber doesn’t have a chance with this system.

Another laboratory experiment which always fascinates the public is the speech delay mechanism, which, in one form,
is just a clever amusement device, and, in another, is an important part of the trans-oceanic radio telephone system.
With a long coil spring connected to a telephone transmitter at one side of the stage
it is possible to so delay the movement of the voice vibrations
along the wire that you can speak in one end and hear the words come out the other quite a bit later.
That’s more or less a me-chanical affair, the shape of the coiled spring actually delaying the movement of the waves.

But down in lower New York every message passing through on the radio-telephone circuits is delayed for a couple of hundredths of a second by electrical means.

The trans-Atlantic wireless-telephone service can work in only one direction at a time,
because the sending and receiving stations are tuned to the same wave-length.

A voice current going to Europe is picked up also by the American receiver,
and unless the wire line between receiver and transmitter is blocked,
the signal would “loop the loop”, causing the circuit to howl.
If you are talking from New York to London you control the circuit so long as your voice continues.
When you stop, relays must work to reverse the channel, so the person at the other end can answer.

Your voice, as electrical impulses, travels with the speed of light, while the relays, being mechanical,
must have a fraction of a second to work.
That’s where the speech-delay apparatus comes in. The man in London may start talking instantly,
but the apparatus will store up his voice in London for an instant while the relays are doing their work.

While primarily concerned with the development of the telephone, we are constantly contributing to many other fields.

One of the most recent developments was the eliminating of the last disturbing sound from talking picture films.
In the early days of sound recording on movie film there were many outside noises.
Eventually they were eliminated one by one, until finally only a swishing sound remained.
By changing the mechanism of the light valve at the recording end it is now possible to eliminate this last noise, and a remarkable change in talking pictures was the result.

Research in the recording of talking picture sounds on wax discs also has resulted in a marked improvement in reproduction.

We have gone back to Edison’s original method, as used on the old-time cylinder records.
He utilized what is known as “hill and dale” recording, the cutting stylus engraving a line of varying depth,
instead of the waving,
side to side method which Berliner developed with the first disc records.
The hill and dale method was not a success because of the limitations of the acoustical method of recording.

In following the wavy line on present day records,
the reproducing needle is thrown back and forth from side to side of the groove,
and does not follow accurately the path traced by the cutting stylus. By reverting to the hill and dale method,
and using a permanent needle in the form of a sapphire point, our engineers have attained practically perfect reproduction.

The reproducing mechanism itself is a marvel of lightness,
weighing so little that the playing life of records is extended indefinitely.
We have records which have been played a thousand times without appreciable wear.

Besides contributing to such widely separate fields as better hearing and the talking pictures,
our staff also is assisting in the research designed to isolate the cause of cancer, and in other biological fields.

This is an offshoot of our investigation into the crystalline structure of metals and alloys,
a subject of great importance in the manufacture of telephone apparatus.

Francis F. Lucas, with his photo-micrographic equipment
which utilizes ultra-violet light and magnifies as much as 5,000 diameters,
has been able to explain many obscure things about why metals harden under heat treatment, and why they crack in service.

Applying his technique in the field of biology, he has been able to take pictures of living cells without the use of stains,
which might damage or change their structure. He is able to take photographs of successive layers right through the cell,
at intervals of one one-hundred thousandth of an inch. In other words, if the cell is one-thousandth of an inch thick
he can get one hundred photographs showing its structure at as many layers.

Pictures taken of the surface of brain tissue have shown such startling things
that plans are being considered for improved apparatus
by which a “map” of a section of brain may be made, just as aerial photographic maps
are made by assembling large numbers of photographs taken at appropriate intervals.

If the full power of Dr. Lucas’ equipment were utilized, a map of a section of brain only one-fourth of an inch square
could be made with an enlargement to more than 104 feet square.
Of course, a larger area would first be photographed in smaller detail,
and then special sections selected for further magnification and study.

There is no apparent connection between our work and study of cells,
but the photo-micrographic equipment has already contributed toward
one of the major improvements in telephonic communication,
an improvement which is saving at least $10,000,000 worth of lead per year in making telephone cables.

Lead hardened with antimony has been been used for cable sheaths,
but they had an annoying habit of breaking down after a few years of use.
Dr. Lucas discovered by micro-photographs that the antimony after a certain period disassociated itself from the lead.
As a result of that discovery a new mixture was found, one so much stronger that a thinner,
lighter lead covering could be used, and the result was an enormous saving in lead.
His studies of all the metals and alloys which go into telephone equipment manufacture
also have contributed to general improvements in many lines.

Another field to which the telephone industry has contributed, is the improvement of radio broacasting.
Crystals to control the frequency of a broadcasting station and keep it on its exact wave length
have been developed, and so successfully that two stations in Iowa, under the same management,
are broadcasting all the time on the same wave length, instead of giving only half time service as would be necessary if they shared the wave.

This has forced sectors of the corporate media to charge the dwindling number of loyal readers they have left for news content, a practice which is set to become widespread according to Murdoch. This will only send more people over to the alternative media as the old organs of de facto state-controlled propaganda wither and die.

“Asked whether he envisaged fees at his British papers such as the Times, the Sunday Times, the Sun and the News of the World, (Murdoch) replied: ‘We’re absolutely looking at that’,” reports the Guardian. “Taking questions on a conference call with reporters and analysts, he said that moves could begin “within the next 12 months‚” adding: “The current days of the internet will soon be over.”

Murdoch’s newspapers and TV networks, which include Fox News and the Asian Star Network, have seen profits plummet from $216m to just $7m year-on-year. MySpace.com is also floundering despite a recent move to replace the company’s entire management staff.

It was all but over for the Boston Globe this week, following a threat to close the 137-year-old publication after net losses of $85 million this year alone. Only a last minute cost-cutting agreement on behalf of its owner, The New York Times Company, and The Boston Newspaper Guild, saved the newspaper.

But it’s not just establishment newspapers that are struggling to survive - social networking websites like Twitter and corporate online video giant You Tube are also deep in the red. Apparently, paying out millions in server fees for half the population of the planet to watch clips of cute puppies isn’t a sustainable business model.

This is why You Tube is being forced to pursue lucrative partnerships with giant production studios and broadcasters, at the expense of user generated content which has been relegated to a sub-section of its website, taking the “You” out of You Tube altogether. Content that may be deemed harmful to You Tube’s corporate agenda and its multi-million dollar partnership deals, like The Alex Jones Channel, is being systematically erased from You Tube’s website under the pretext of flimsy copyright infringement claims.

The jig is up for the corporate media. If they continue to allow free access to their content they will go out of business because there’s not enough advertising revenue coming in, whereas if they charge for content they will lose a huge chunk of their audience and their influence in shaping the news agenda will wane completely.

This is the price the corporate media has paid for lying, spinning and obfuscating on behalf of the virulently corrupt power elite and expecting the population to eat it up without question.

The corporate media monopoly has terminal cancer and they are losing their power, which is why they are aggressively supporting moves to phase out the old Internet altogether and replace it with “Internet 2,” a highly regulated and controlled electronic Berlin wall, where alternative voices will be silenced and giant corporate propaganda organs will dominate once again.

This what Murdoch is really getting at when he assures us that, “The Internet will soon be over” and it’s down to us to stop that agenda from being realized.

They say marijuana is dangerous. pot is not harmful to the human body or mind. marijuana does not pose a threat to the general public. Marijuana is very much a danger to the oil companies, alcohol, tobacco industries and a large number of chemical corporations. Big businesses, with plenty of dollars and influence, have suppressed the truth from the people. The truth is, if marijuana was utilized for its vast array of commercial products, it would create an industrial atomic bomb! The super rich have conspired to spread misinformation about the plant that, if used properly, would ruin their companies.

Where did the word ‘marijuana’ come from? In the mid 1930s, the M-word was created to tarnish the good image and phenomenal history of the hemp plant – as you will read. The facts cited here, with references, are generally verifiable in the Encyclopedia Britannica which was printed on hemp paper for 150 years:

✔ All schoolbooks were made from hemp or flax paper until the 1880s. (Jack Frazier. Hemp Paper Reconsidered. 1974.)

✔ It was legal to pay taxes with hemp in America from 1631 until the early 1800s. (LA Times. Aug. 12, 1981.)

✔ Refusing to grow hemp in America during the 17th and 18th centuries was against the law! You could be jailed in Virginia for refusing to grow hemp from 1763 to 1769 (G. M. Herdon. Hemp in Colonial Virginia).

✔ George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and other founding fathers grew hemp. (Washington and Jefferson Diaries. Jefferson smuggled hemp seeds from China to France then to America.)

✔ Benjamin Franklin owned one of the first paper mills in America, and it processed hemp. Also, the War of 1812 was fought over hemp. Napoleon wanted to cut off Moscow’s export to England. (Jack Herer. Emperor Wears No Clothes.)
✔ For thousands of years, 90% of all ships’ sails and rope were made from hemp. The word ‘canvas’ is Dutch for cannabis. (Webster’s New World Dictionary.)

✔ 80% of all textiles, fabrics, clothes, linen, drapes, bed sheets, etc.,were made from hemp until the 1820s, with the introduction of the cotton gin.

✔ The first Bibles, maps, charts, Betsy Ross’s flag, the first drafts of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were made from hemp. (U.S. Government Archives.)

✔ The first crop grown in many states was hemp. 1850 was a peak year for Kentucky producing 40,000 tons.Hemp was the largest cash crop until the 20th century. (State Archives.)

✔ Oldest known records of hemp farming go back 5000 years in China, although hemp industrialization probably goes back to ancient Egypt.

✔ Rembrandt’s, Van Gogh’s, Gainsborough’s, as well as most early canvas paintings, were principally painted on hemp linen.

✔ In 1916, the U.S. Government predicted that by the 1940s all paper would come from hemp and that no more trees need to be cut down. Government studies report that 1 acre of hemp equals 4.1 acres of trees. Plans were in the works to implement such programs. (U.S. Department of Agriculture Archives.)

✔ Quality paints and varnishes were made from hemp seed oil until 1937. 58,000 tons of hemp seeds were used in America for paint products in 1935. (Sherman Williams Paint Co. testimony before the U.S.Congress against the 1937 Marijuana Tax Act.)

✔ Henry Ford’s first Model-T was built to run on hemp gasoline and the car itself was constructed from hemp! On his large estate, Ford was photographed among his hemp fields. The car, ‘grown from the soil,’ had hemp plastic panels whose impact strength was 10 times stronger than steel. (Popular Mechanics, 1941.)

✔ In 1938, hemp was called ‘Billion Dollar Crop.’ It was the first time a cash crop had a business potential to exceed a billion dollars. (Popular Mechanics, Feb. 1938.)

✔ Mechanical Engineering Magazine (Feb. 1938) published an article entitled ‘The Most Profitable and Desirable Crop that Can be Grown.’ It stated that if hemp was cultivated using 20th century technology, it would be the single largest agricultural crop in the U.S. and the rest of the world.

The following information comes directly from the United States Department of Agriculture’s 1942 14-minute film encouraging and instructing ‘patriotic American farmers’ to grow 350,000 acres of hemp each year for the war effort:

“…[When] Grecian temples were new, hemp was already old in the service of mankind. For thousands of years, even then, this plant had been grown for cordage and cloth in China and elsewhere in the East. For centuries prior to about 1850, all the ships that sailed the western seas were rigged with hempen rope and sails. For the sailor, no less than the hangman, hemp was indispensable… Now with Philippine and East Indian sources of hemp in the hands of the Japanese… American hemp must meet the needs of our Army and Navy as well as of our industries… The Navy’s rapidly dwindling reserves.When that is gone, American hemp will go on duty again; hemp for mooring ships; hemp for tow lines; hemp for tackle and gear; hemp for countless naval uses both on ship and shore. Just as in the days when Old Ironsides sailed the seas victorious
with her hempen shrouds and hempen sails. Hemp for victory!”

Certified proof from the Library of Congress, found by the research of Jack Herer, refutes claims of other government agencies that the 1942 USDA film ‘Hemp for Victory’ did not exist.

Hemp cultivation and production do not harm the environment. The USDA Bulletin #404 concluded that hemp produces four times as much pulp with at least four to seven times less pollution.

From Popular Mechanics, February 1938:
“It has a short growing season… It can be grown in any state… The long roots penetrate and break the soil to leave it in perfect condition for the next year’s crop. The dense shock of leaves, 8 to 12 feet above the ground, chokes out weeds. …Hemp, this new crop can add immeasurably to American agriculture and industry.” In the 1930s, innovations in farm machinery would have caused an industrial revolution when applied to hemp. This single resource could have created millions of new jobs generating thousands of quality products. Hemp, if not made illegal,would have brought America out of the Great Depression.

THE CONSPIRACY
William Randolph Hearst (Citizen Kane) and the Hearst Paper Manufacturing Division of Kimberly Clark owned vast acreage of timberlands. The Hearst Company supplied most paper products. Patty Hearst’s grandfather, a destroyer of nature for his own personal profit, stood to lose billions because of hemp.

In 1937, DuPont patented the processes to make plastics from oil and coal. DuPont’s Annual Report urged stockholders to invest in its new petrochemical division. Synthetics such as plastics, cellophane, celluloid, methanol, nylon, rayon, Dacron, etc., could now be made from oil.Natural hemp industrialization would have ruined over 80% of DuPont’s business.

Andrew Mellon became Hoover’s Secretary of the Treasury and DuPont’s primary investor. He appointed his future nephew-in-law,Harry J.Anslinger, to head the Federal Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.

Secret meetings were held by these financial tycoons. Hemp was declared dangerous and a threat to their billion dollar enterprises. For their dynasties to remain intact, hemp had to go. These men took an obscure Mexican slang word: ‘marijuana’ and pushed it into the consciousness of America.

MEDIA MANIPULATION
A media blitz of ‘yellow journalism’ raged in the late 1920s and 1930s. Hearst’s newspapers ran stories emphasizing the horrors of marijuana. The menace of marijuana made headlines. Readers learned that it was responsible for everything from car accidents to loose morality.

Films like Reefer Madness (1936), Marijuana: Assassin of Youth (1935) and Marijuana: The Devil’s Weed (1936) were propaganda designed by these industrialists to create an enemy. Their purpose was to gain public support so that anti-marijuana laws could be passed.

Examine the following quotes from The Burning Question, aka Reefer Madness:
a violent narcotic;
acts of shocking violence;
incurable insanity;
soul-destroying effects;
under the influence of the drug he killed his entire family with an ax;
more vicious, more deadly even than these soul-destroying drugs (heroin, cocaine) is the menace of marijuana!
Reefer Madness did not end with the usual ‘the end.’ The film concluded with these words plastered on the screen: ‘Tell your children.’

In the 1930s, people were very naive, even to the point of ignorance. The masses were like sheep waiting to be led by the few in power. They did not challenge authority. If the news was in print or on the radio, they believed it had to be true. They told their children, and their children grew up to be the parents of the babyboomers.

On April 14, 1937, the prohibitive Marijuana Tax Law, or the bill that outlawed hemp, was directly brought to the House Ways and Means Committee. This committee is the only one that can introduce a bill to the House floor without it being debated by other committees. The Chairman of the U.S. Senate, Ways and Means Committee, at the time,Robert Doughton, was a DuPont supporter. He insured that the bill would pass Congress.

Dr. James Woodward, a physician and attorney, testified too late on behalf of the American Medical Association. He told the committee that the reason the AMA had not denounced the Marijuana Tax Law sooner was that the Association had just discovered that marijuana was hemp.

Few people, at the time, realized that the deadly menace they had been reading about on Hearst’s front pages was in fact passive hemp. The AMA understood cannabis to be a medicine found in numerous healing products sold over the last hundred years.

In September of 1937, hemp became illegal. The most useful crop known became a drug and our planet has been suffering ever since.

Congress banned hemp because it was said to be the most violence-causing drug known. Harry Anslinger, head of the Drug Commission for 31 years, promoted the idea that marijuana made users act extremely violent. In the 1950s, under the Communist threat ofMcCarthyism, Anslinger then said the exact opposite: marijuana will pacify you so much that soldiers would not want to fight.

Today, our planet is in desperate trouble. Earth is suffocating as large tracts of rain forests disappear. Pollution, poisons and chemicals are killing people. These great problems could be reversed if we industrialized hemp. Natural biomass could provide all of the planet’s energy needs that are currently supplied by fossil fuels.We have consumed 80% of our oil and gas reserves.We need a renewable resource. Hemp could be the solution to soaring gas prices.

THE WONDER PLANT
Hemp has a higher quality fiber than wood fiber. Far fewer caustic chemicals are required to make paper from hemp than from trees. Hemp paper does not turn yellow and is very durable. The plant grows quickly to maturity in a season where trees take a lifetime.

All plastic products should be made from hemp seed oil. Hempen plastics are biodegradable! Over time, they would break down and not harm the environment. Oil-based plastics, the ones we are very familiar with, help ruin nature. They do not break down and will do great harm in the future. The process to produce the vast array of natural (hempen) plastics will not ruin the rivers as DuPont and other petrochemical companies have done. Ecology does not fit in with the plans of the oil industry and the political machine.Hemp products are safe and natural.

Medicines should be made from hemp. We should go back to the days when the AMA supported cannabis cures.‘Medical Marijuana’ is given out legally to only a handful of people while the rest of us are forced into a system that relies on chemicals. Pot is only healthy for the human body.

World hunger could end. A large variety of food products can be generated from hemp. The seeds contain one of the highest sources of protein in nature. Also: They have two essential fatty acids that clean your body of cholesterol. These essential fatty acids are not found anywhere else in nature! Consuming pot seeds is the best thing you could do for your body. Eat uncooked hemp seeds.

Clothes should be made from hemp. Hemp clothing is extremely strong and durable over time.You could hand clothing, made from pot, down to your grandchildren. Today, there are American companies that make hemp clothing; usually 50% hemp. Hemp fabrics should be everywhere. Instead, they are almost underground. Superior hemp products are not allowed to advertise on fascist television.

Kentucky, once the top hemp producing state, made it illegal to wear hemp clothing! Can you imagine being thrown into jail for wearing quality jeans?

The world is crazy. But that does not mean you have to join the insanity. Get together. Spread the news. Tell people, and that includes your children, the truth. Use hemp products. Eliminate the word ’marijuana.’Realize the history that created it.Make it politically incorrect to say or print the M-word. Fight against the propaganda (designed to favor the agenda of the super rich) and the bullshit.Hemp must be utilized in the future.We need a clean energy source to save our planet. Industrialize hemp!

The liquor, tobacco and oil companies fund more than a million dollars a day to Partnership for a Drug-Free America and other similar agencies.We have all seen their commercials. Now, their motto is: ‘It’s more dangerous than we thought.’ Lies from the powerful corporations, that began with Hearst, are still alive and well today.

The brainwashing continues. Now, the commercials say: If you buy a joint, you contribute to murders and gang wars. The latest anti-pot commercials say: If you buy a joint… you are promoting terrorism! The new enemy (terrorism) has paved the road to brainwash you any way they see fit.

There is only one enemy: the friendly people you pay your taxes to, the war-makers and nature destroyers.With your funding, they are killing the world right in front of your eyes.

Half a million deaths each year are caused by tobacco. Half a million deaths each year are caused by alcohol. No one has ever, ever died from smoking pot!!

In the entire history of the human race, not one death can be attributed to cannabis. Our society has outlawed grass but condones the use of the killers: tobacco and alcohol.

Hemp should be declassified and placed in drug stores to relieve stress. Hardening and constriction of the arteries are bad, but hemp usage actually enlarges the arteries, which is a healthy condition. We have been so conditioned to think that smoking is harmful. That is not the case for passive pot.

Ingesting THC, hemp’s active agent, has a positive effect: relieving asthma and glaucoma. A joint tends to alleviate the nausea caused by chemotherapy. You are able to eat on hemp. This is a healthy state of being.

[one personal note. During the pregnancy of my wife, she was having some difficulty gaining weight.We were in the hospital. A nurse called us to one side and said: “Off the record, if you smoke pot… you’d get something called the munchies and you’ll gain weight.” I swear that is a true story.]

The stereotype for a pothead is similar to a drunk, bubble-brain.Yet, the truth is one’s creative abilities can be enhanced under its influence. The perception of time slightly slows and one can become more sensitive.You can more appreciate all arts, be closer to nature and generally feel more under the influence of cannabis. It is, in fact, the exact opposite state of mind and body as the drunken state. You can be more aware with pot.

The pot plant is an alien plant. There is physical evidence that cannabis is not like any other plant on this planet. One could conclude that it was brought here for the benefit of humanity. Hemp is the only plant where the males appear one way and the females appear very different, physically!

No one ever speaks of males and females in regard to the plant kingdom because plants do not show their sexes. Except for cannabis. To determine what sex a certain, normal, earthly plant is, you have to look internally, at its DNA. A male blade of grass (physically) looks exactly like a female blade of grass. The hemp plant has an intense sexuality. Growers know to kill the males before they fertilize the females. Yes, folks, the most potent pot comes from ‘horny females.’

The reason this amazing, very sophisticated, ET plant from the future is illegal has nothing to do with how it physically affects us.

Pot is illegal because billionaires want to remain billionaires!

How come I am first one here to post on this? Too obvious a conspiracy? George W Bush puts together a scam to use the swine flu to scam billion of dollars from a gullible American public. He starts the scam rolling in his administration, but waits until he is gone to deliver it. Beautiful, Obama is caught like a deer in the headlights while the CDC bilks the public, amazing really, and even though the man made concoction of avian and swine flus turned out to be relatively harmless they are able to inflate death rates by including pneumonia victims.

How do I tell you about this?

Most of you have already heard about the Somali pirates. Just recently they captured an American cargo ship and held the captain hostage. They have done this to many other vessels from a variety of different countries. In fact, the American captain was lucky -- he escaped, with the help of some sharp-shooter Navy Seals -- but hundreds of international sailors and crew are still being held by Somali pirates who seek millions of dollars for their safe return, and the safe return of their ships.

You know all this already, though. And you probably think it's just one more evil group of people trying to get rich quick. You probably even think we should just kill them all or find their Somali-based camp and wipe it out and be done with it.

But there's another side of this story you haven't been told. And when you hear it, you might just change your opinion of what's been going on.

I want to first describe Somalia. It's not a beautiful place, in fact it has been compared to hell on earth. All of Africa is poor by western standards, but Somalia is poor by African standards. Decades of drought, famine, genocide, war and corruption have left the inhabitants of this dusty ruin of a country in a constant battle for daily survival.

The land is littered with trash and debris from brief periods of hope and prosperity that cycled through corruption and violence. People live in huts made of trash and a majority of the nation survives on their only resource -- the ocean.

In the latter part of the 1990s, Somali people began to get sick. It was isolated at first -- skin rashes, some hair falling out, bleeding of the gums, diarrhea... and it came and went. Some people thought it could have been the fish or the water, but no one really could focus on the cause. Then, on Christmas day of 2004, it all became clear.

The great earthquake in Indonesia caused a deadly tsunami that moved west, killing hundreds of thousands of people along the way, and finished by pushing the ocean waters up the Somali coast. After it receded, Somali people found dozens of huge, strange metal cylinders on their shoreline.

Being impoverished but resourceful, people began to open the cylinders and scavenge through the contents. Maybe there was something of value inside... something they could use or sell for food. Some cylinders contained what appeared to be rocks or dirt, others had what looked like plastic and glass trash. Soon, the beaches were littered with the same debris, likely from cylinders that had broken apart under the water.

Within a few weeks, hundreds of people were sick and 300 people had died. Why? What was going on? What does this have to do with pirates?

In a schoolyard, the bullies usually pick on the weakest kids. In the global schoolyard, a country without a government to protect its people, like Somalia, is an invitation for abuse. And when the abuse is about money it's a done deal.

The easiest way to abuse Somalia was to rob them of their one great resource -- food. According to Ahmedou Ould-Abdallah, the United Nations envoy to Somalia,

"European ships have been looting Somaia's seas of their greatest resource: seafood. We have destroyed out own fish stocks by over-exploitation – and now we have moved on to theirs. More than $300 million worth of tuna, shrimp, lobster and other sea life is being stolen every year by vast trawlers illegally sailing into Somalia’s unprotected seas."

The most prized catch of the Somali seas if the yellowfin tuna, yet these fish have been found to have surprisingly high traces of such toxic chemicals as cadmium, mercury and radioactive uranium. Despite this, these same fish are sold all across Europe without the requirement to disclose the chemicals or their country of origin.

But that's not the worst of it.

In the latter part of the 20th Century, a growing expense to both private corporations and governments has been the disposal of waste -- biological from hospitals and labs, toxic waste from factories and industry and nuclear waste from medical and military use. Even the least expensive disposal of these toxic materials can cost $250 per ton.

But what if a company offered to dispose of these toxic wastes for just $2.50 per ton? You can see where this story is going.

In the mid-90s, a Swiss firm, Achair Partners, and an Italian company, Progresso, offered their quick toxic waste disposal services to a host of European nations. The waste was loaded on to their ships and sailed away. Oh yes, there was talk and plans were made for giant incinerators to neutralize the poisons. It was all supposed to be ecological. But none of the contractors -- mostly European nations -- bothered much to check that out. Yes, the waste was loaded on to their ships and sailed away... only to be dumped in the shallow ocean off Somalia.

After the 2005 tsunami, much of the once submerged waste found it way to the beaches where the broken containers spread debris and toxic particles inland. Nick Nuttall, a UN Environment Program spokesman, said that there are reports from villagers of a wide range of medical problems like mouth bleeds, abdominal hemorrhages, unusual skin disorders and breathing difficulties in many of the northern Somali villages like Hobbio and Benadir.

What? You never heard of this before?

Humans are an amazing species. We are capable of the best and worst. At best we can survive and struggle against almost anything to ensure our survival. The Somali people did. Faced with no government to protect them from the pollution of their ocean, and the depletion of their only source of food, they organized against the dumping. They organized locally in tribes, and the tribes organized clans. With no coast guard, the Somali fishermen tried to thwart off the huge ships that were dumping uranium, mercury, lead, medical waste and other toxins on their food supply and livelihood. They knew their small effort would have little effect on the huge dumping companies... but maybe if the world knew... maybe the world would stop them.

Somali "pirate" leader, Januna Ali Jama, has clearly stated that their actions against foreign ships are aimed at stopping the dumping of toxic wastes. He said,

"We are reacting to the toxic waste that has been continually dumped on the shores of our country for nearly 20 years. The Somali coastline has been destroyed. We believe this money is nothing compared to the devastation that we have seen on the seas."

Ex-Somali Army Colonel Mohammed Nureh Abdulle lives in Haradhere – the town in the center of the pirate community. In a BBC interview he said,

"The town's residents are more concerned with the dumping of toxic waste than piracy... this dumping has been going on for a very long time. In 1991 the government collapsed in this African Nation and certain large corporations took advantage of this. European ships started appearing off the coast of Somalia, dumping thousands of barrels of toxic waste into the ocean. The coastal population began to get sick. At first they suffered strange rashes, nausea and malformed babies and many other symptoms but lacking proper medical attention much was overlooked. Then after the 2005 tsunami, hundreds of the dumped and leaking barrels washed on shore. People began to suffer from radiation sickness and more than 300 died.

A few nights ago, some tanks came out from the high sea and they cracked it seems and now they are leaking into the water and into the air.

The first people fell ill yesterday afternoon. People are reporting mysterious illnesses; they are talking about it as though it were chicken pox -- but it is not exactly like that either. Their skin is bad. They are sneezing, coughing and vomiting.

This is the first time it has been like this; that people have such very, very bad sickness. The people who have these symptoms are the ones who wake early, before it is light, and herd their livestock to the shore to graze. The animals are sick from drinking the water and the people who washed in the water are now suffering. "

In August of 2008, a group of about 40 Somalis attacked and seized an Iranian cargo ship, the Dyanat and took it to the port of Eyl. There it was secured by a larger group of about 100 Somalis. Within days of securing the ship, those Somalis that had been on board and inspected the cargo began to develop strange health problems. They had strange skin burns, loss of hair, nausea... and a number of men died. The actual cargo containers were securely locked and the crew claimed they did not have the access codes to open them. At first the captain said the containers contained "crude oil" but later admitted they were carrying "minerals." After a week the ransom was paid and the ship continued. Many believe it contained radioactive waste that would have been dumped had the Somali’s not intervened.

But humans are also capable of the worst. Despite the Italian Greenpeace announcement in 1992 that this activity was going on, despite the United Nations warning in that same year, despite the Italian parliament's recognition of these activities in 2000, the thousands of Somali people who are sick, the mutations and hundreds of deaths and contaminated fish, even today, these facts are suppressed.

The European nations who signed contracts with Achair and Progresso could care less about a poor country with dark skinned people. In the color spectrum of greed, green trumps every color. It is much easier to ferment hatred for brown or black skinned "pirates" than to admit the real reason for these desperate acts. It is much easier to just "kill them all" than to step in to their shoes (or lack of shoes) and see what options you might choose.

Just recently, British Foreign Minister David Miliband boasted that Britain would take the lead on "cracking down" on the pirates. The Royal Navy has instituted a special operation called "Operation Atalanta." The target will be the Somalis -- not the toxic waste ships! So now, US and European ships will continue to dump their toxic cargos with the protection from huge Navy vessels, and continue the misery of the Somali people.

Oh, there's much more I could write about this. I could tell you the guilty individuals who allowed this to happen or how the Somali warlords received arms in return for their complicity. Or the brave journalists like Ilaria Alpi and Mivan Brovato, who were assassinated in Somalia following their interview with a high level whistle-blower... But, for now, open your eyes and look for the truth behind the headlines and sound-bites.

It's much more interesting to think in black and white, good and bad. But too often the truth comes in only one color, the green of money.

Mike German is not surprised you haven't heard of fusion centers.

German was an FBI agent until 2004 and is currently a national security policy advisor for the American Civil Liberties Union, yet he "had never heard of a fusion center" until 2007. He said the reason that he started investigating these intelligence centers for the ACLU was because he saw hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars going to support law enforcement activities that he couldn't define.

German said part of the problem is that "no two fusion centers are alike," making it hard to even talk about them. Even determining "whether something is a fusion center or not is iffy."

So what are they?

A fusion center is part of a network linking at least 800,000 federal, state, municipal and private security and law enforcement professionals who gather information about Americans in order to combat terrorism. Maybe one such person will stop and ask you why you're taking a picture of those power lines, or show up incognito to your religious meeting or anti-war demonstration. They might look at your credit report or your phone records. There are at least 58 centers, though some estimate there are as many as 70. They could be in a back room at your local police department, housed within a National Guard office or in a nondescript building down the street.

Do I sound paranoid?

Well, though German told me these centers "developed really quietly" in the years following 9/11, they are not a secret. The Department of Homeland Security has a brief and vague description of the centers on their Web site, notably putting the emphasis on "state and local." The department also recently issued a report detailing privacy threats posed by the centers. And all the examples of the instances related above have been documented in the media or by the ACLU.

German worked on an ACLU report about fusion centers published in December 2007. In the months that followed, news reports about the abuses the ACLU report anticipated started popping up around the country, so German compiled an update to the report in July 2008. With this week's news of the report leaked from a Virginia fusion center that warned of traditionally black colleges and peaceful religious and social change groups being potential hotbeds of terrorist activity, German said they're thinking about compiling another report.

The original idea of a fusion center network came out of the turf war over intelligence sharing after 9/11. Local law enforcement officials weren't getting security information from the Feds, so states set up these centers to gather and share information. In turn, the Department of Homeland Security was more than happy to have extra hands on the counterterrorism case.

There's no mission statement or clear set of guidelines for these centers, but in many cases they were envisioned as a repository for suspicious activity reports. If you've ever heeded those signs in public places to "say something" "if you see something," the information you gave out probably went to a fusion center.

Then came the "mission creep." Each center existed in a local area, each with its own individual problems. Some centers began to focus on border patrol; others volunteered themselves for the drug war. And then there's the inherent flexibility in the term "suspicious activity."

If these were merely call centers for concerned citizens to report to, German said he would have no problem with that. In fact, it's not the fusion centers themselves that are the real issue, but rather the sometimes illegal and unconstitutional activities that occur in clear violation of federal privacy statutes within and around the centers.

Supporters of third party presidential candidates such as Bob Barr and Ron Paul have been targeted for surveillance by these centers for no other reason than their political ideology. Mainstream ecological groups such as the Sierra Club and the Humane Society are being watched as eco-terrorists. One North Central Texas center alleged a terrorist conspiracy between a disparate group of hip-hop musicians, Muslim civil rights organizations, lobbyists, anti-war demonstrators, the U.S. Treasury Department and former Congresswoman and presidential candidate Cynthia McKinney.

(The above would be laughable, if it weren't so scary. Seriously; my mom volunteers for the Humane Society. On second thought, if there are any fusion center employees reading this, leave my poor mother alone! I swear she's not a radical!)

The ACLU is calling for lawmakers at all levels to institute guidelines and oversight for these centers. They are also calling on the Department of Homeland Security to investigate the abuses that have been documented.

While there have been a handful of congressional hearings on fusion centers as well as local efforts to ensure the centers comply with Freedom of Information Act requests, specific instances of abuse have been largely glossed over by the government and ignored by the media.

"Where there are instances of abuse, there has been very little investigation," German said, specifically noting a case in Los Angeles where a few fusion center officials were court-martialed for stealing classified information, but the local law enforcement officers who were involved in the theft were never charged.

"We are working with the executive branch to draw guidelines, and there is some progress there," German said. He emphasized a "multifaceted" approach with state and local legislation plugging the time gap before federal action is taken.

This comprehensive approach mirrors the networking of many levels of jurisdiction at fusion centers themselves. German said the fact that these centers are considered neither national nor local allows them to "water down all the protections to the least common denominator." In states with strong privacy laws, fusion centers abide by less restrictive federal laws; in states with lax protections, the centers use local regulations.

Public-private collusion also allows fusion centers to skirt privacy laws. Law enforcement doesn't have the legal right to collect and store certain personal information because of its ties to government. Instead, fusion centers pay private companies, which own extensive stores of information about Americans' consumer and intellectual habits, to create and maintain searchable databases for the center's benefit.

"They have created this symbiotic relationship," German said. "If you combine [federal information gathering with private efforts], it is very dangerous to the individual." German said the privatization problem at fusion centers is not acknowledged as an issue by officials.

"This is one area that is being ignored by the federal government," German said.

It would be one thing if these fusion centers worked, but from all the intelligence reports German has seen, he's concluded that they haven't done anything to contribute to the country's security. On the contrary, German says they're becoming an obstacle to safety due to the public uproar over privacy violations.

"Law enforcement authorities are having to respond to the criticism rather than focus on security," German said.

Besides the distraction and lack of results, the basic math behind fusion centers may be flawed. The primary weapon at these centers is a method of sifting through information received from all these different sources that is called "data mining." The practice is very common among direct mail marketers and other small-scale commercial operations, but the ACLU report cites several independent studies showing that data mining is not at all a useful technique for the counterterrorism community. Instead, the ACLU found that data mining would only drain resources and implicate innocent citizens in imaginary plots.

OK, let's recap: We have local centers in almost every state in the country that engage in illegal and unconstitutional activities, cost hundreds of billions of dollars and that do not actually work to combat terrorism. The impetus for these centers may have been understandable at the time, but why are they still around?

German said the federal intelligence agencies are more than happy to have these local nodes to gather security information for them, saying it's like having 800,000 extra agents working for them. But Congress may have its own reasons for resisting a call to shut these places down.

"Fear is still driving a lot of our security policies," German said. He noted political pressure against reducing funds or projects combating terrorism is strong. Many expected the Democratic Congress to limit programs such as warrantless wiretapping, but instead "they've been expanded."

"To narrow any program [related to national security] is extremely difficult," German said.

Meanwhile the right wing of the blogosphere, already itchy from myths about "Obama's enemies list" and the expansion of Americorps into liberal "re-education camps," has broken out in a rash of paranoia over these fusion centers.

German said the ACLU is working with the executive branch to rein these centers in. But after years of operating in secrecy under the Bush Administration, I hardly think a set of guidelines is going to make the renegades at some of the more troubling centers behave. The best move President Obama could make -- from a security, civil rights, budgetary and public relations standpoint -- is to close these homegrown spy centers immediately.

MW Mandeville : This long letter to humanity appeared with no apparent return address. It is being posted here and there. This is another internet piece for which I cannot assess the validity. All I
CAN say is that it sounds like a good idea, is coherent, and is written skillfully at a level of intelligence and maturity with I would associate with a serious, non-technical, matter-of-fact
level of discourse. It is not ethnically loaded and the writer has a very good understanding of language and human psychology, though there are a few moments where the grammar is different than we are accustomed to and there are a couple of language errors. Most importantly, it makes no reference to impossible constructs, faux-tech, nor any type of religious or New Age buzzwords. This is as clean a straight-shooting letter as you will find. Accordingly I am
sending it to you to "vet" it and see what our Phoenix Five brain trust surmises about it. I am also sending it to you because it might be real...

The main assertion in the letter is that human civilization is now in an uncontrollable free-fall implosion which cannot be "fixed" from within existing social systems. The implosion is causing, will cause a major rupture in all human orders. There is a dark road down toward the use of technology to rapidly enslave human populations in a badly degraded and unhealthy environment. Those who are defining this path, many of them unintentionally, have the greater advantage of power over resources and may gain the upper hand during the coming rupture.

There are many who would take a liberating path, they could gain the upper hand if they UNDERSTAND THE CHOICE and can lose their fear, sense of isolation, and ignorance about the true state of affairs.

The main proposition in the letter is that the mass appearance of ET in the skies now could help humanity clear away the veils of illusion and deceits, help settle many existential issues and dilemmas, and provide an "attractor" to help pull positive mentalities out of the social death-vortex and enable them to refocus the next stage in evolution.

The main question in the letter is whether you want ET to thus show UP. ET suggests that direct contact and some cultural assistance would provide the means to overcome the major blocks in human social and cultural evolution.

ET argues that the mental/emotional ground needs to be prepared for such contact. Consent and expectation for such contact needs to be created around the world, less humans react in mass with fear and become manipulated by reactive power elites. ET suggests that a focused telepathic answer from each reader will be sufficient to assist ET is reaching a conclusion about what it should or should not do.

Even as the internet is achieving universal penetration during this time, ET requests that this letter, its first mass communication, be universally translated and transmitted throughout the world. ET also suggests that this should be done by people to people, forget the mass media.

As I said, this is very interesting. It is totally free of all of the "channeling" schtuff, thank God! I have no idea whose plot line this fits into, one could assume many different attitudes and takes
on this piece. Is it merely another writer creating the basis for another book or movie plot and generating an audience as heshe goes? Several have done such a thing on other topics, so some
healthy skepticism is inevitably appropriate. But that skepticism may not at all be a hindrance in answering the question posed in the letter. It may in fact help. And maybe, just maybe....well, here is the letter. Here it is unaltered by me. Decide for yourself. ~mwm~

Fun With Wingdings

The deflated "wingding conspiracy" that circulated in the early days of 911 speculations always struck me as odd. Where did the "Q33" tail number come from in the first place? It's obviously not a commercial airliner tail code. Those all begin with "N." So I did a little idle bouncing around the net and discovered that "Q" is sometimes used in military aircraft tail codes. It is also used as a code for squadrons. This was curious because there were some witnesses to the second impact plane who thought it was a Boeing in military livery, and somewhere I remember several people who thought it was Navy because of the circular insignia that seems to show on the plane's fuselage in some photos.

O.k., so I start looking for Navy coding that might use the letter "Q" and "33," and quickly found this - a Navy Squadron code "VAQ-33" that specializes in electronic warfare which includes "jammimg" and "simulation." What are the odds that they had birds in the air during the Global Guardian exercise that day?

And could they have been responsible for "spoofing" aircraft during the switcharoos that some theorists think likely took place at some point during the hijackings.

Now type in caps "VAQ-33" into wingdings and see what you get. LOL! The Christians victorious in a post 911 world!

Would the twisted bastards who dreamt up the 911 caper be into other mind games as well? And would they like many psychopathic serial murderers find clue dropping to be an irresistable temptation? Quite possibly. I mean, is the folded 20 dollar bill trick really just "one of those things." I doubt it.

Furthermore, it's equally strange to type in the actual 911 commercial aircraft tail numbers into wingdings. Why wasn't anyone talking that one up? It is equally compelling symbolism. Was the "Q33" thing started as a diversion to deflect attention away from the actual tail numbers? Here are the tail numbers:
First plane: N334AA
Second plane: N644AA
Pentagon plane: N591UA
Shanksville: N612UA

Tribe won't code for wingding script, so these numbers have to be typed into WORD or an email composing box with WORD fonts to see what happens.
Notice that the "pieces of lined paper" which can also resemble standing buildings are depicted when printed as "4" as a cascading downwards piece of paper which rather uncannily looks like a falling building in this spooky context being brought to bear here.
Remember also, the Pentagon plane struck a part of the complex that housed the Pentagon accountants and that on Sepetember 10th, 2001 Rumsfeld had announced a 2.3 trillion dollar "hole" in the Pentagon's budget accounting for which he had no explanation. Voila - we have the Pentagon plane tail number showing file cabinets, a mouse, a folder symbols for what conveniently went up in smoke that fateful day. Victory! again.

So is someone screwing with us here just as someone most assuredly screwed with us on 911? It would mean that someone in on the "master plan" which was probably slowly developing for decades would also have had some influence on the wingding symbolism. There are hints that there was some mischief involved. For instance, the famous abbreviation for New York (NY) bringing up a wingding symbol of a skulln'bones next to the Star of David which fairly shouts "New York Jew" and in a bad context to boot. Is this all circumstantial? It's certainly not evidence one would submit to a newly empowered 911 commission, and expect anything but to be tossed out on your ear, but still...

tools and the know how to live symbiotically with the earth we will be truly

When we are growing our own food, using renewable energy to be totally fuel-self
sufficient and sharing our land with others or living on shared or public land,
there will be enough for all and there will be no need for war.

The time is H.E.R.E. to discard our weapons of war and take up arms to save the

It has recently been diagnosed that the current socio-economic chaos stems from a planetary parasitic infestation. We have a case of global worms.

Having once divested myself of some uninvited inner critters which accidentally died of starvation whilst I was fasting, I feel myself to be in a unique position - a gastric vantage point if you like - from where I can clearly see the 'Federal' Reserve, the World Bank, the IMF, Halliburton, The Carlyle Group, GE, OPEC, to name but a few, as a bunch of ginormous worms whose sole purpose is to drain the life force, the nutrients and vitality out of one country after another, while the bodies of the parasites grow more and more bloated.

These 'powersites' are controlling the world currently. They are devouring everything that is good and true and beautiful and excreting toxic waste. The upper bodies of these critters take on the characteristics of smooth talking humans which mask the lurching, lumbering, ghastly, ever-fattening corporate worms from our limited perception.

It is a horror movie too disgusting to contemplate. Aesthetically I wish I had not thought of it. But, life having offered me such a tasteful metaphor, I feel morally obliged to share how I rid myself of those critters foolish enough to have taken up residence inside me.

How did they die? Well...without becoming grotesquely graphic...let's say I employed cataclysmic cleansings... It was the abominable abdominal apocalypse. With Kali as my inspiration, by the time they emerged on the crest of a coffee enema wave, they were barely carcasses…in fact they looked rather like pathetically small, limp condoms.

Hey wait a moment – isn’t that what recent past presidents and barely present popes have been denying the people of Africa? Now we know why! David Icke says that the hidden world leaders are mostly all reptiles. I say they’re just a can of worms. Tough skinned invertebrates for whom perhaps the sight of a condom poses something of a personal threat.

Fasting teaches one that illumination and elimination are almost the same thing. Enlightenment is our birthright, just eliminate the obstacles. These 'powersites' need to be flushed from the world's intestines. But to stage this non-violent revolution is going to take guts. We must economically starve them. Governments must quit feeding them our taxes. Legally require the bailed out institutions to bailout the people or return our money. This is the fasting phase. It won't last. Hunger doesn't hurt when it is temporary, it heals.

Global worming starts here! Cut out the junk food - tax luxuries and inessentials sky high and give bonuses to those who provide real necessities. Take plentiful doses of any truth that busts our belief in this elitist stranglehold over the collective wealth of the planet. And finally I recommend a series of corporate colonics to flush the entire economic system down the toilet... Hey - it's already happening!

Cleansed of all that old ca-ca, we can build a new economic system upon a foundation of respect for life on earth as a whole. A system which shares our global abundance appropriately. We are guests of the land, not owners. On a healthy planet as in a healthy organism, flora, fauna, water, oxygen and minerals - each aspect is part of an interconnected web where all parts work harmoniously together. Biologically, personally or planetarily speaking, a healthy immune system is a prerequisite for peace.

So, not so honorable powersites, your hosts are evicting you. If you can extract yourselves from your corporate wormholes, we can probably find something useful for you to do at the local food bank or soup kitchen - for a fair and decent wage of course.

A new world order indeed.

Guess who Bitches. : ) I've created C2 & M2 for the purpose of expanding beyond what I feel alot of people may see as abnormal or excessive. Etc.... There are alot of things I want to post. A multitude of things that to the average person may be perceived as littering. I've always preferred to not have tribes, especially this tribe, cluttered up with a bunch of pointless senseless litter. And while I am pleased that I feel this has been the norm for the most part, I want more.

More what? I feel limited and constricted by the confines thus so far put forth. C2 & M2 should provide the creative & intellectual outlet I crave & seek hopefully. Essentially C2 will provide me an infinite studio. Not that C1 doesnt. But I think if I do on C1 what will be done on C2, C1 peeps may or may not appreciate or understand my intents & purposes exactly. So basically it is an opportunity I'm allowing myself to embrace my inner schizophrenic. To let latent self expression dominate to the fullest extent.

Another way to look at it would be "Picking up the pace." I tire of being stuck in slow motion world. I desire more, more, more. Faster, quicker, harder, etc....... M2 = The Information Megalomaniac. C2 = The perfect forum outlet for said performance of ilicit function.

Where are the chem trails?

I've noticed that when I lived in Fort Worth Texas there where dozens of chem clouds all over the sky every single day. My daughter lives in Texarkana Texas and she has noticed a large increase of chem trails also. I live in Rockwall and never ever see chem trails here. Now Fort Worth and Texarkana are both average to low income areas. Rockwall on the other hand is in a middle to high income area. My question is do they designate certain areas to release there poison. Maybe to effect certain people and their behaviors. Just wondering. :)

Bush's ignorance about the most basic workings of the White House -- briefly made him the most powerful man in the world.

That was evident last week, when Scooter Libby's unindicted co-conspirator appeared on CNN.

Asked by John King if he thought President Obama "has made Americans less safe," Cheney responded with the solemn concern of a man who dodged the draft five times: "I do."

Griping that Obama had backed off the most brutal excesses of the previous administration's torturous tenure, Cheney defended detention and interrogation techniques that have been broadly condemned by the international community and civil libertarians of the left and right at home. Despite extensive evidence to the contrary, the ex-veep described waterboarding and worse as "absolutely essential" to keeping Americans safe, declared rough interrogation "a great success story" and defended as legal and "in accordance with our constitutional practices and principles" actions that top lawyers and constitutional scholars describe as high crimes and misdemeanors.

For good measure, the former vice president who made it the primary purpose of his first two years in office to get the United States bogged down in a war in Iraq, put a "mission accomplished" sticker on the Iraq file.

"We have succeeded in creating in the heart of the Middle East a democratically governed Iraq, and that is a big deal, and it is, in fact, what we set out to do," said Cheney.

There is not much point to correcting Cheney. He won't hear it, any more than he did when more responsible members of the former administration challenged his most abusive actions. (The former vice president still is not speaking with Colin Powell, a mild dissenter who served as the Bush administration's first secretary of state.)

Should we mind that Cheney intends to stay in the fray?

Not at all.

Cheney should be welcomed to the microphones.

Indeed, his determination to remain in the limelight should make it easier to invite him to explain a few things - under oath.

Where to begin?

How about with investigative reporter Seymour Hersh's allegation that the Bush-Cheney White House operated an "executive assassination ring" that reported directly to Cheney's office?

Speaking March 10 at the University of Minnesota, the Pulitzer Prize winner writer for The New Yorker explained that: "Under President Bush's authority, they've been going into countries, not talking to the ambassador or the CIA station chief, and finding people on a list and executing them and leaving... It is a special wing of our special operations community that is set up independently. They do not report to anybody, except in the Bush-Cheney days, they reported directly to the Cheney office. . . Congress has no oversight of it."

An elite assassination squad run out of the vice president's office?

That certainly sounds like an interesting point at which to begin an official inquiry.

And since the vice president is so willing to talk about his time in office--as evidenced by his recent media appearances--why not invite him up to Capitol Hill to engage in it?

Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich has a suggestion that might get the ball rolling.

Kucinich has asked New York Congressman Edolphus Towns, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, to begin an immediate investigation into Hersh's allegations.

Here's Kucinich's letter to Towns:

As you may already be aware, recent media reports indicate that investigative reporter, Seymour Hersh, while answering questions before a public audience at the University of Minnesota divulged information about what he calls an "executive assassination ring" operating under the George W. Bush Administration.
If substantiated, the allegation would have far reaching implications for the United States. Such an assertion from someone of Hersh's credibility that has a long and proven track record of dependability on these issues merits attention. Mr. Hersh is within a year or more of releasing a book that is said to include evidence of this allegation. However, we cannot wait a year or more to establish the truth. As such, I request that the Full Committee immediately begin an investigation to determine the facts in this matter.

Mr. Hersh made the allegation before an audience at the University of Minnesota on Tuesday, March 10, 2009. He stated, "Under President Bush's authority, they've been going into countries, not talking to the ambassador or the CIA station chief, and finding people on a list and executing them and leaving."

Mr. Hersh continued, "It is a special wing of our special operations community that is set up independently," he explained. "They do not report to anybody, except in the Bush-Cheney days, they reported directly to the Cheney office... Congress has no oversight of it."

If true, these operations violate longstanding U.S. policy regarding covert actions and illegally bypass Congressional oversight. Current statute governing covert action (50 U.S.C. 413b) requires a presidential finding and notification to the appropriate congressional committees. Additionally, Executive Order 12333 clearly states that "no person employed by or acting on behalf of the United States Government shall engage in or conspire to engage in assassination."

I urge the Committee to explore Mr. Hersh's allegation.

Kucinich is right.

The charges against Cheney demand an inquiry.

It ought not be delayed.

And it should be presumed that Dick Cheney, who is so very willing to discuss his tenure in the White House, will testify.

....The US government is preparing for real unrest as incomes and homes disappear. New laws have been passed to curb civil unrest. Michel Chossudovsky writes on Global Reseach on plans to set up Guantanamo-like detention centers on military bases:

"The outgoing administration has laid the groundwork. Various pieces of ‘anti-terrorist' legislation (including the Patriot Acts) and presidential directives have been put in place since 2001, largely using the pretext of the ‘Global War on Terrorism.;

A bill entitled the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act (HR 645) was introduced in the US Congress in January. It calls for the establishment of six national emergency centers in major regions in the US to be located on existing military installations.

The stated purpose of the ‘national emergency centers' is to provide ‘temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster.' In actuality, what we are dealing with are FEMA internment camps. HR 645 states that the camps can be used to ‘meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.'

There has been virtually no press coverage of HR 645."

I just saw a news story on tv which I can't find anything online about yet. They showed a man & his wife in Colorado and the guy was lighting the water coming out of his kitchen sink on fire. It was a total trip. So they have to drink bottled water and can't take showers in their dream home. They are devastated and the energy company has promised to clean up the mess for them. I wonder how long that will take? Or if it's even possible? They should move. Sounds like a toxic environment that could make them sick and die. I wish I could find a video of the guy lighting the water on fire. Totally freaky.
