I completely support reusing and recycling and here's a tutorial that can employ that mentality for the bellydance good! This one will show you how to take an oversized top and turn it into a cute *adjustable* top. It's intended mostly to be a peasant type blouse and would be good for pirate or ren faire opportunities and, of course, tribal (old skool ATS) stuff.
