To answer your question... There may be an actual, patent answer, but if there is, I cannot even pretend to know. In my opinion, a Cougar would be any woman who dates men substantially younger than she... as long as they are of a legal age (otherwise, there is another term for that particular fetish)... Ten years seems substantial enough to me! When I started dating my bf, over five years ago, I was 35, and he was 19. There is just more than 15 years between us.
