We have been reserved an informal spot as we are "willing" to dance with the drummers
HAFLA IN SWINDON
Saturday 17th May in Swindon
Doors open 7 to 10pm
Live drumming with two Iraqi brothers, one is an ex- professional,and
they can dance too! They will help you with your dancing!
This will be an informal hafla/showcase/party but there will be room for a few bookings for performance slots. After that it will be first come first served and you
dance more informally among those who want to dance generally.
There will be lots of time for general dancing for everyone.Please bring a small plate of food to share and alcohol, other drinks and refreshments provided. Cost £7

It was great to dance to live drummers and even though the three of us hadn't practised together for a while everything gelled and we got some great comments afterwards. People still don't believe we're not choreographed but hey, the drummers were live!
