I made four new skirts & tops and put them in the washer yesterday. Apparently, my roommate's daughter decided she was going to help by throwing in the cotton dress I just dyed green in with everything else..... Woke up this morning and found everything green or tye dyed green :(

I've already sold all but one of my big girl skirts – the rest are too small for me. I have size 1 to size 12 skirts and will try to take pictures today. I'm looking to trade for my size skirts / tops (costumes for Flip Side).

Size 16 to 18 skirt
Bra: 36c
Top: If a store brought almost always an XL

I have a variety of hand made and reconstructed clothing – skirts, pants, tops, reconstructed t-shirts, leggings, a couple of arm bands. Fake fur, disco cyber looking skirt, hippy skirts (long & short) and fake fur bras, reconstructed t shirts ect….

One reconstructed disco military jackets with black light paint – shines in the sunlight too.

Lastly, I have TONS of wood Claiborne hangers with the clips (to hang pants / skirts).

They are great for turning corners without having to shift your garment around. I would like more information about these kind of machines also. Please contact me if you know where I can get one.

i have tried to show the colors as close to true life as possible in my pictures, but if you have questions about them, please ask. a couple of the yarns appear to be neon-ish or glittery, when they really aren't. many of the skeins pictured are not complete skeins, so if you want weights, ask for them and i'll weigh the yarns and get back to you. i am willing to break up lots, too, so if you see something in a lot you like but don't want everything pictured, make me an offer.

i will be happy to mail your purchases to you. i prefer priority mail, but for smaller orders, i can send things first-class. buyers pay actual shipping costs. insurance recommended but your choice.

The two lots together fill a standard shopping bag, not a grocery plastic bag, the old shopping bags you got at better department stores. I will happily combine for shipping! Both lots together weigh 4 lbs, plus the weight of a box. The from zip code is 40214 if you want to get some ideas what shipping would cost you can go to www.usps.gov and calculate a box weighting 5 lbs.

How to we mark items as TAKEN / SOLD / NO LONGER AVAILABLE (whichever the case should be) ??

I can delete the entire thread once it it marked as taken, however, an offer of one item sometimes brings up other goods / items that could have been on the table for trade / sale. Deleting the topic because the main item was taken would mean this secondary items would be lost.

Deleting threads of taken items would not give a history of trades that have taken place - and it would appear that there is no activity in this tribe at all. That wouldn't encourage new members to join us at the trade tables.

Deleting the first posting of a thread removes the offer of the original item, but leaves all the follow up postings. It looks wierd and is somewhat confusing. I tried this method on my Welcome to the Belly Dancers comment - it doesn't work and I will remove that entire thread now.

For now, I'll ask that the original poster make a comment that thier specific item has been taken. Hopefully... no addtional comments will be made on that particular thread and we can start building a history of our successful trades!

I wish I had the ability to change the title of a posted thread - as it would be the easiest way to clearly mark a thread as closed. I'll check with the Tribe folks on this possibility.
