<div>There is now a Farmer's Market in the Tower, at the corner of Olive and Van Ness. I am not selling my crafts there cause I am doing massage, but they are looking for people to sell their hand crafted wares. So if you are interested you should come by the Farmer's Market. It is on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9-2. <div>Since this is a new tribe I thought it would be nice for us to tell a little about ourselves. Like what crafts we do, and our background in them. <br/> <br/>I know how to crochet, knit, spin, and dye fiber. I first learned to crochet when I was six or seven and then picked it up again when I was eighteen. That was when I started crocheting like a mad woman and figured I could not keep all the things I made, so I started a fiber arts business. Everytime I learned a new modality I added it to my business. So I now sell hand dyed spinning fiber, hand spun and hand dyed yarn, crocheted clothing accessories, and crochet patterns. I love the fiber arts, sometimes I do one thing more than the other, but they are all fantastic. <div>There are a lot of wonderful places to craft in Fresno. My favorite is at my local yarn shop, Ancient Pathways on Wishon in the tower district. They have all the best supplies, and what is even better is that after you buy your fiber related stuff you can sit around the table and work on your project with everyone else. If you get stuck Meg, Virginia, or one of the other employees with help you work it out for a small fee.
