The 7 Day Creation Festival will be held September 15-21, 2007 on private land near Seattle. Each day will have a different theme, leading to a moment of creative catharsis on the 7th day. This even will include the Earth Dance Prayer of Peace and will be the Seattle regional Earthdance Celebration, but will also extend to be 7 days long. There will be live music during the day and electronic music at night, as well as live painting, sculpture, culinary arts, drumming, meditation, healing arts, fyre, dancing and much much more. We plan on having a 7 day portal fyre by xlr8r as well as a traditional Native American sweatlodge and whatever other attractions are conceived and constructed between now and the time of the festival.
The basis of this festival is collaboration and unity of the arts community of the Seattle area. Please join this group if you are interested in attending this event, feel you can contribute to coordination, want to participate creativly in any way. Now is the time to create momentum towards this wonderful creative manifestation of community.
