She made a pair as a prototype and was doing some tweaking last time i bugged her about them ^_^ I really want some melodias but one, they cost a bajillion dollars, and two, the "extra short" 31" inseam is STILL way too long. sooo i figure, i can get some flare pants in a length that fit and support a home business at the same time! angelia's great at making stuff, so i'm sure she could pull it off ^_^

I bought some melos because several people had said that the XL could fit up to a size 24. Yeah, right. They're waaayyy too tight and they make everything look horrible. I have a pair of fauxlos that a friend made for me. They are so amazingly awesome. I know everyone gets into the arguement that melos shouldn't be replicated but damnit, I love the design, but they are not offered in a size that fits. And some people just aren't crafty enough to make them. So yeah, I think some bigger sizes should be offered by people who are good at sewing.

    I have...

    Working on them!!!

    BIG BUTTS UNITE! =)

I can make them outta most any 4 way stretch fabric =) I prefer cotton, because its like dancing in Jammies...

Here is a picture of some I made for one of my dancing sisters =) people.tribe.net/jezebele/...5770b1dbb3

    She's sooo beautiful!

BUT yes... I think I have a formulation made out of measurements for pants. They will be custom pants, to YOUR custom size...

Please feel free to PM me with any questions and stuff! =)

OR HELL... post here on tribe!

Ya...even I can make the stretchy pants. Making the pants look good, well I'm finding that that is quite a challenge. I have this twisty thing in the legs going on. I don't undrstand it.
Also, I wanted to add that some of the fabrics that GM uses aren't very supportive. If you jiggle in you trunk (like me) you really want some good cotton lycra pants. I decided that I needed all kinds of pants and bought lots of different stretchy material. They don't hide anything. Any bump you may have back there, the fabric shows it.
Tis alright though, I can just layer them with my fauxlos! lol

well GM lives in an area where there are the most amazing fabric stores. Blocks and blocks of them. A friend of mine went down there a while ago, and I gave her $100 to shop. I got PILES of fabric! CHEAP fabric!

yah know that foux assuit that melodia uses??? yah... I have some. AAHAAHAH its HAWT!
I got this real cute ruffly type fabric too... still have dreams of what to do with it...

I have two real big orders I'm working on right now, then the two smaller orders... so I dont really have time to work on my "own" stuff...ugh...

Mmm fake assuit is even better than the real thing lol Mostly cause it's not a thousand billion dollars! I dream of being in a place where cool stuff is everywhere. Kentucky's not big on much of anything. We have fabric stores but they all have the general fabrics. And the neater fabrics are godawful expensive.

I know what you mean about having time to work on stuff for oneself.

Im ready for a new bra and belt. I've had the same cowrie bahama mama bra for ages and Im ready to change the look.

Believe it or not thrift stores have pretty cool fabric and sometimes (not on a business level but personal level) finding clothing to "Doctor" is so much fun. Its totally tribal frankenstein.

Angelia is amazing seamstress I don't know how she does it.

YESSSS. And not just plus size, and big butt....but TOTAL bubble butt. We're talking two basketballs wrestling! I've found a few pants here and there - nothing nice enough to recommend, but if they are low-rise in the front - it's complete plumber's dream in the back. OR the material is so thin you can see the cottage cheese from every angle.....please please - I've just started looking at your stuff Angelia - and I can see you're a really talented artist. If you could solve the bubble butt needs pants that fits issue.....it would truly be goddess blessings!

I'm currently finishing an order for 7 ladies, each of who had at least a 3 inch difference in front to back length... AND they arent plus size...

So... it isnt just us with the ample bum's that have issue with ride up or plumbers crack!!!

        eheheh

        sleep... yess... sleep...
