Im interested in headbands that will allow me to wear my hair down. I put together a band this weekedn which was just a regular metal hairband from the drug store and slid in some of your flower clips on the side. Id like something like that-maybe with some cowrie clippy bits coming down the front.... check my profile pics to see what I mean....oh boy I feel more customized Crystal wares coming my way:-)

I find that bands that are held by tension stay in my hair better than ones that tie on or are held on by elastic. I think it's because I have fine, slippery hair. I find that one of the things that keeps me from wearing scarves, headbands, etc. for performance is that they slip out of place well before I get to the performance, even if I'm putting them on 15 minutes beforehand.

I like the look of scarves that have long ties hanging down. So for me a tension headband that managed to look like a scarf with long ends would be something I'd consider.
