I got a Holstein Bull calf to raise this week for meat, I know they are not the best meat cow but as long as you feed it the right food, your beef will be better then what you buy in the stores as you will know what went into the calf. Will post pictures later.
He has to be bottle fed twice a day now for a few weeks, along with good hay and grass.
