I traded for a nice over head camper this last week that just needs a little work. New vents and the roof re sealed, got half of it done yesterday as there was many layers of old patching on it that wasn't doing any good but after a few hours on the roof in the sun got it off and some new on. Will have to start picking up vents in ALb when I go this week. Now this is just for weekend guest at this time or someone coming out to work for a week or so. It will sleep four with the upper bed and the table makes out to a full bed. All I will ask is that you replace the LP gas you use. For summer use I will see about hooking up a water tank. Their will be one small solar panel for lights. In the winter I will empty out all the water lines and tank. For when someone comes out in the winter there is a heater to use but will use a lot of power and LP gas. There is other ways to heat it where someone could spend a weekend in it or longer.
Will post pictures later after I get the roof done and a little work on the outside but the inside is real nice.
