							&lt;div&gt;As it occurs with cumbus guitars, cumbus mandolins can have also wrong distances between frets. Mine didn't sound well, so I decided to make my 2nd defretting (the first was against my classical guitar) and do some fretboard finishing - ebony painting, epoxying and varnishing. These are the results.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>

This had a broken L Bracket, a dented can, and rusty tuners.&#xD;
I also had to re-drill the screw holes in the neck where it attatches to the bracket.&#xD;
The existing holes were setting the neck at too extreme an angle.&#xD;
And i got a new bridge.....Yeah!&lt;/div&gt;</summary>

							&lt;div&gt;     The case that came with my Cumbus didn't offer much protection ( and is always full of cats) so I tried a resonator tenor banjo case from the Super Quality gig bag co. of Canada and it is a real good fit and offers a lot more protection. Try one.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
