Hi All
Maggie and I are going to Istanbul for 10 days in October.As is always the case when we go anywhere we are keen on coming back with a load of Instruments ,parts and other musical bits and pieces.I have seen the earlier threads about Istanbul shops and I would be keen to hear any updates that anyone might have.Also ,any ideas on good places to go to hear trad/Ottoman/Rom music?
I am also looking for Instrument makers to visit in Istanbul so if anyone has any suggestions in that area please let me know.
