I am getting a tattoo on the inside of my forearm, from elbow to wrist.
It is going to be a holly hock steam with 2 full flowers and a couple of buds.
I know the color I want the flowers and leaves, but I am kind of stuck on the branch.
Is there any other color I could possibly have besides green, without it looking weird?
I don't know how well green will look on my arm ,since I'm so fair skinned.
What do you think? Stick with green?
I have one full color tattoo of a human heart, but it has no green. Red, blue , yellow with purple highlights. Those all work well.

Re: Color suggestions for my new tattoo.
Wed, May 17, 2006 - 3:47 PMI got it done. It looks awesome. The artist went with a blend of dark green, light green and yellow highlights, just like you suggested. It looks beautiful. Two sessions down, only one more to go. I'm coloring in the flowers next. Dark pink center fading into light.
That Discovery channel show, Miami Ink, just called me. I guess I'm going to try to get on their show to get a sugar skull tattoo by Chris Garver.
