Its a cool and grey day in Los angeles A great day for baking. Max is camped out by the oven waiting patiently for his fresh batch of home made treats. So far Chicken carrot biscotti, and turkey parmesan bones. Both full of fiber and vitamins for doggie health..... Max says, HURRY HURRY HURRY

alot of the ones i find have corn and alot of salt if the form of bullion cubes or canned broth. I make my own broth and boil it down to reduce thr flavor, that way all mine are salt free. I use whole wheat flour always, but it wheat is an issue rice flour is a good substitution but an extra egg is needed to make it hold together better..... One you get going you'll see what works and can just make up yourown,
My dog biscotti's are one i made up and it helps me just reduce the amount of fillers needed to make it rollable for cookie cutting, the biscotti dough can be wetter and cut after some baking into bars or squares, the dogs dont seem to care if they are bone shaped
