we rescue a lot of dogs and fell for this aging Rottie with big sweet eyes.
his blood panel came back today with Low Albumen,
high protein antibody, and low thyroids.
His hips are pretty bad so we put him on Duramax plus glucosamines and fish oil.
I know he won't have a long life, but I couldn't leave him at the shelter.
Thanks in advance. I really like reading the posts here

Re: any hints for kidney failure?
Sun, May 11, 2008 - 9:44 PMTry the bladder herbs here or contact Dr. Lu and ask him to recommend a specific kidney formula.

My cat was experiencing accelerating decline in kidney function when I brought her to Dr. Lu that included loss of appetite and frequent vomiting. He got her kidneys back in shape with Chinese herbs and extended her life another year and a half (she was 17 when I brought her in and she made it to a ripe old 18.5 yrs!).
Much love and luck to you and your Rottie friend :)
