I've had somthing like that too, 4 out of 6. At first, i thought cool, £90..not just a tenner this time, but couldn't help but feel disappointment when 5 numbers gives thousands and 6 millions! Well at least I took some cash out the store when i turned it in,when it's just ten i usually spend most of it on the spot and get a few quid change....

I get those phone messages saying I've won a trip for 4 to some place. Does that count? ;-)

I went for a drive to Connecticut from Virginia on a whim to visit an very old, long lost friend. I had enough money for gas, tolls, a little food, and a $10 roll of quarters to play slots at the Foxwood casino. Mind you, I'd never been to a casino prior to this event.

We go, I sit at a slot machine and starting plugging quarters, and, on the $7.25 cent quarter out of the roll, all the sudden the machine starts making all this riot of noise, lights are flashing, bells are ringing, and everyone standing close by is clapping, but there are no coins coming out of the machine like they do on tv.
Soooooo...I sit there waiting for a whopping 30 minutes watching all these lights and trying my damndest to figure out what the heck I may have won. The floor guy finally comes over, has me sign a form, and starts counting $100 bills into my open palm. I'm counting, too. And, at the final bill placed in my hand, I was flabbergasted to be holding @2300.00. WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!
But wait, it just gets more interesting....

I'm stuffing that cash in my underwear, and walking through the rest of the slot machines, when this lady gets up from a machine and walks away. Destiny told me to plug one of my leftover quarters into that machine, which, you guessed it, paid out $500 in quarters, which I was loading into my outstretched shirt to catch. I got a bucket, a few $5 slot tokens, and played a few more machines scattered here and there in the casino for about the next hour. End result: I left the casino with a total of $3,215.00 in my pocket.

I'm not a gambler, but my uncle his wife and his daughter have all gone on the Big Spin here in California. He fills in the drawing inf on the back of the scratchers and mails them in. They've won 30K to 90k each time they've gone on that game where the balls drop in different slots. They take a big group and make a party of it.
