So I got this message today strange and random. Has anyone gotten one of these? What does it mean? I know its spam but I cant tell what the angle is

I strongly suggest taking these women up on whatever they propose. Sometimes there is a jackpot at the end of that rainbow. There was for me! -

I think I've encountered this moron about mabe 5 times over the past several months, same message, same e-mail address.This person generally unsubs after a day or two. It's just annoying as hell.
