It is furnished with high ceilings and hardwood floors. There is a yoga/dance space as well as an office/living room space.
Free internet and tv.
It has 2 bedrooms and we are looking for someone to rent the second room.
We are supa clean chilled out vegetarians who like creative space and loving vibes. We also enjoy speaking spanish in the house as much as possible.
I am currently negotiating the rent with the lanndlord, but it would for sure be under 200 USD/month (all utilities included).
