Wed, December 27, 2006 - 3:14 PMMy favorite place is Braindrops in SF. They have the best selection of jewelry (that I know of) and I believe they have a policy that if you buy jewelry from them and you want to upgrade you can trade it back in for some portion of money.
Their website sucks but you should stop in to check out the vibe.
