My favorites were done by Freddie Corbin,Juan Puente and Karen V. I just recently got a band of african dancers on my left arm. Not too thrilled with the work. It's not real bad,just not inspiring me to return to this guy for more work. It's a simple design but there are quite a few mistakes. -

Tue, January 25, 2005 - 11:48 PMI started getting shop tattoos in 1982 at Spotlight Tattoo, getting work from Bob Roberts (tribal chestwork and arm skulls) and Leo Zulueta (arm stripes). After I tested HIV+ in '86 and was open about it, Jill Jordan worked on my backside from neck to asscheek. Then Alex Binnie came to town and mowed down my legs and ribcage, and I've been getting work here and in London. I'd like Roni Zulu at zulutattoo to do my lower legs and i'm nearing the homestretch (but not in a hurry to finish). Ideally I would have stayed with one or two artists, but I got huge pieces from all of the above.

Wed, April 19, 2006 - 10:52 AMTwo of my tattoos I got done at the Urge in Victoria, BC, and I am very happy with their work. Totally no nonsense, straight-up good artwork and a professional atmosphere. I will definitely be getting more work done there in the future.
