i'm a milk chocolate fan by far, and i've fallen deeply in love with the hazelnut bar. but then there is the lavender bar, and of course the roseberry...and well, the new moon is great too....i could go on....

Wed, November 2, 2005 - 4:16 PMi love the really dark chocolates, and though i love ya chad, i do consider milk to be a toxic and unecessary filler in chocolate. just an excuse to use less cocao . . . they have this new line of locally sourced fair trade dark chocolates with cacao coming from regions in central/south america. I had one from Peru, and saw others from Costa Rica and maybe one from Bolivia. YUMMMMM!!!

Fri, November 11, 2005 - 8:09 PMoh my, it was love at first bite with the xocolatl! i am a spicy red-head and luv luv the chilies & nibs. second would probably be a dark bar like eclipse or conacado (if I have a nice pinot) OR depending on my mood quite possibly the mint (clever combination with rosemary). have YET to try the white chocolate bar which could trump them all! -

Tue, January 31, 2006 - 11:33 PMIf we are talking bar, the super dark is my fav (86% cacao) but the local coffe shop offers the spicy (I couldn't figure out how to spell it) one is offered in powered form for mochas. OMG. It is the best. I can never go back to regular mochas again. -

Thu, February 2, 2006 - 4:36 PMI just tried a bar from another brand that had espresso, cocoa nibs, chicory and was 70%. It was called the creole bar. They also have a several other varieties. As for any chocolate with add-ins, the darker the better in my opinion. I don't think the lavendar would stand up to a heavy level of cocoa though. -
