Bring your own hoop, or pre-order a beautiful colored Chakra Hoop when you register. Practice with us in a brand-new beautiful gym at Preston Road and University Boulevard, with loads of well-lighted parking in a safe, gorgeous neighborhood.
We will learn the most basic and enjoyable hoop moves with full-size, lightly-weighted adult hoops.
There are so many fun and cool things you can do with just your hands, wrists, arms, waist and hips! The basic motions of spinning a hoop provide lots of laughter, increasing flexibility, blood flow for beautiful skin, and good, powerful core strength. Plus, you find yourself inside the hoop, the inner and real you, in unique and surprising ways.
Core strength: what is that anyway?
Your spine is where all the fun is~ romance, for one thing! The little muscles along your spine help you stretch up, down, and diagonally for the fun moves of life~ dancing, and reaching for the stars! With plenty of flexibility and strength in the small muscles of your spine, everything moves more effortlessly. In a very short time you’ll see a big difference, and life will feel more breezy.
