I've been hooping for about 2 years now, and adore it. This year for my birthday, my guy offered to buy me a bad-ass fire hoop. Trouble is, I've never USED a fire hoop, I don't know how interested I'd be, and I don't know if the additional expense of a fire hoop (as opposed to just a nice LED hoop) would be justified in my hands. So, I'm takin' it to the streets with a strange request: does anyone have a fire hoop (largish) that they would be willing to let me test-drive? Nothing too tricky or fancy; I'd just like to ring it 'round my waist, maybe do a lift or two, see if the WHOOSH WHOOSH WHOOSH gets me going or if it's something I can take or leave. I can be contacted though here, and can meet just about anywhere (I've been known to hit the Wednesday night drum/fire jam at Across the Street Bar from time to time). Thank you all so much!
