I will be in Dallas this weekend and organizing the Hoop Dance workshop Nov 11 @ the southern end of Kiowa Park in North Dallas as the venue. we'll meet at the intersection of Woodbriar and Grayport: maps.google.com/maps

Beginner Hoop Dance Class 1
No experience necessary! The extended 1:30 hr class time in this series allows for lots of one-on-one attention and detailed instruction. You will explore dancing while hooping, with ample time to master moves. Learn to hoop on your torso, arms, legs, and off body in elaborate turns and spins. Each move is devoted to increasing awareness in a different part of the body while working with a specific principle of hoop exercise. Have fun while spinning away a few extra pounds!
