What do you charge the vendors for vending at your workshop events and what does it include. Are the table covers included in the price of the event? What do you personally furnish with the vending fees. You can just email me personally if you do not want to answer openly.

For smaller hafla events: $35-$65
For larger events it can run from $100-$300, table included, for a one table space.
Can go up from there for a two table or a one rack-one table space (they supply their own rack) -

My events usually run two days. I must be losing money. I only charge $125 for the space and it includes 1 hanging rack and 1 table and I furnish the table covers as well. Any additional tables cost $20 each. Limit for all 3 & 3.

Usually vendors just get rented the space (per day or per event)
Must provide their own tables/etc.
I'm vending at a mid-March event, and the fee charged is for 10 x 10 space.
I must provide my own tables (and requirements say that table covers must completely cover all four sides of table - as they don't want boxes/bins showing underneath). I must also provide my own tent or awning if want. Have to be set up by certain time of day, etc, etc... -

I charged $30.00 per table/free racks when I started promoting in the early years, then to $40.00/$50.00- per table/rack. Sometimes I tried to have more vendors to help me for the venue ( $800.00 a day venue rental)
For yearsI even let a local vendor vend for FREE ( she gets 4 tables/racks for 2 days in exchanged for her giving flyers of the events to her students) She dont vend foranyone anymore but for herself now.
I have a dedicated vendor from out of statethat keeps coming and few locals.Local vendors only love to pay $5.00 ALL DAY VENDING on some other events sponsored.
One vendor is good enough for me for my events are small.
For students thats just shopping ONLY- before the workshop/breaks/lunch/before the show- $3.00 FEE.
