Dec. 15 — Parcel post, the cheapest way to mail
Dec. 17 — First-class mail and priority mail to U.S. Mainland
Dec. 19 — Express mail to Guam, Saipan, American Samoa
Dec. 20 — Express mail to U.S. Mainland; first-class/priority mail in Hawai’i
Dec. 22 — Express mail in Hawai’i
