I have this aspect in the natal chart, in Libra in the 11th house. For a long time now I've been trying to figure out what it means, but I find it's hard to find any thorough interpretations of Lilith anywhere. Any takers here?

    Pluto-Black Moon Major Aspects

    On the lower mode: rich, complex and tenacious sexual fantasies or on the contrary, fear of sexuality.
    On the higher mode, the need for purity, perfection and absolute can be extreme.
    The conjunction, opposition, square, and trine are aspects which can strongly reinforce the occult
    nature of Pluto, giving tremendous insight into the hidden mysteries of life and sharp astral energy in
    plenty.
    There is also an immense potential of energy available to realise one's goals, but one needs to be able
    to go deep inside oneself to contact it and tap from it.
    In the conjunction and the opposition, the meeting of Hades and Lilith can make great esotericists
    and magicians, but also necromancers. Think of people such as Yogananda (Black Moon-Pluto
    opposition), Gurdjieff (trine), Ramdass (trine), Samuel Sagan (opposition), Rajneesh (square in the birth
    chart, opposed in the chart of death). But think also of Adolf Hitler (very significant conjunction in the 8th
    house), or Aleister Crowley (opposition). And, last but not least, Shirley MacLaine (on the Midheaven).

    Note that if either aspect occurs in the 8th, or on an angle, this combination will be significantly
    reinforced.

    Black Moon Lilith in the 11th House

    Quest of perfection in friendship and need to match idealism with reality.
    Black Moon-Lilith's absolutism can lead the native to be extremely selective (and also demanding) when
    it comes to friendship. There is also a risk of projecting onto one's friends huge emotional demands, and
    of unconsciously using relationships with them to work one's deep emotional conflicts. At times, this
    can lead to feeling betrayed by one's friends, especially when they find it difficult to cope with the
    pressure that placed on them.
    The need for absolute and perfection is also likely to bring the desire to make great contributions to the
    collectivity; doing something unique that would benefit humanity. This can lead to great realisations, but
    it also calls for the necessity to cultivate realism. Sometimes, by wanting to give only the best, one ends
    up giving nothing at all.

        I use this information from Canopus astrology program, it has some good explanation about BML, like BML in the houses meaning and its aspects,but there is not BML in the signs meaning

          And i just found this in some article on the internet

          Pluto in conjunction with Lilith
          indicates a desire to cast off and revolutionize outmoded sexual mores, but also a strong
          sexual presence and a secure command of the power inherent in feminine sexuality.

            Ana,
            Thank you so much for your insightful post. There were many things ther that struck a cord with me; in particular the following:

            ~ "On the higher mode, the need for purity, perfection and absolute can be extreme." ~

            >>>This is true for me, in true 11th house fashion: our society as a whole and the value of frienships. There will be so many times when I look around this world we live in, and nothing seems to make any sense. Especially the concept of money/beauty/power reaches me. Why should the rich ones and the beautiful ones automatically hold more power than the poor and downtrodden? Why should their opinions matter more? I see all of this as deeply unfair, almost to a disturbing level - especially since I so easily symathise with the underdog.
            And as far as friendships go: Yes, I am selective indeed. I'd rather have two true friends than 20 false ones. After all, why be friends with someone if you have nothing to give to each ohter? I might fear loneliness at times, but I'd rather choose loneliness over false friends.

            ~ "The conjunction, opposition, square, and trine are aspects which can strongly reinforce the occult nature of Pluto, giving tremendous insight into the hidden mysteries of life and sharp astral energy in plenty. ~ "In the conjunction and the opposition, the meeting of Hades and Lilith can make great esotericists and magicians, but also necromancers." ~

            >>> Insight to the deep mysteries of life. True, I feel I've always been able to instinctively know that there's more behind everything than what lies at the surface. I've just never been able to explain how or what. I'd like to find a way to shed light on this though; to spend my life trying to light up the deep mysteries, so to speak. Through the world of the esoterics, of course :)

                a person on some forum asked this question and this other person answerd this

                BML embodies the natural instinct and inner attraction within towards anything Plutonic.
                Pluto and BML in aspect together represent forces that can overcome, destroy and emotionally kill any and all false images one lives with; the 'inner demons' that one creates, which take over and then play havoc upon one's life until they are seen for what they truly are.....nothing!

                i find this sites, but maybe they are already posted

                  Aspects from Pluto to Dark Moon Lilith
                  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
                  When impersonally involved these people can be very persuasive. They know just what to say or not to say at the right time for the strongest effect, otherwise they are just as apt to keep silent rather than to expose how they feel. They have unusually strong powers of observation & almost all of them, barring other factors in the chart, have some degree of extra sensory perception. They are good in work of a secret nature.
                  You will never know all there is to know about them personally, no matter the appearance given to the contrary. They instinctively know the value of a certain amount of privacy but are not necessarily obvious about it. They prefer instead that you be unaware of this important personal need, in order to avoid any undue curiosity from you that makes them distinctly uneasy about interference. They are (or become) quite expert at drawing attention away from their vulnerable areas; or their private ideas; until they feel that they are in control of the situation. They prefer to be more active in the background until then. They are a force to be eventually reckoned with if they feel exposed to personal attack, criticism or denial. But, within areas that avoid personality involvements they welcome criticism as a challenge for them to meet in what they do & if you are correct they will admire you for it.
                  Pride is usually strong. However, it is not a problem ordinarily, unless you come too close to something personal they wish to avoid having attention focused on & prefer to deal with strictly by themselves. In this case, they may appear to be open enough about it, instinctively realizing that obvious secrecy would only stir curiosity & risk interference. However if another's curiosity is too great, there is a growing adamance toward you because of what they see as your possible invasion of their privacy. Whether you may have unwittingly come upon it or not, is all the same to them. Their forcefulness becomes apparent (usually through attitude), but always in a subtle way that puts you suddenly in a strangely defensive position, as if your integrity is on the line. This soon gets the message across to leave them alone, it is as if you had come too close to a private territory they have claimed as their own & the door is closed to you in a way that leaves you with a distinct feeling of having been somehow overpowered. You do not know what really happened, but the graciously open outer demeanor suddenly seems to be warning you away. You may emotionally pick up on their resentment of your 'intrusion' & find yourself left with a strange feeling of upset & having been somehow punished or turned on, but you do not know why or what really happened. When necessary they can be downright sarcastic, putting you on the defensive as if an apology were in order but you do not know why.
                  People with DMLilith aspecting Pluto are unusually vulnerable. At some time in their life they may have been too predictable or obvious about themselves, exposing themselves to forces or persons by whom they felt, or were, personally undermined in the control of their own affairs. Once extricated from this they realize only too well their vulnerability & go to great lengths to avoid (or do away with) any unnecessary personal spotlights on themselves, but never their power (Jimmy Carter). They like to keep a certain personal invisibility, not so much about their outer life or professional part they play in what they do, as much as in their personality involvement behind it. However, when blinded by personality involvement they have been known to state something penetrating about themselves that once & for all does away with curiosity about a particular area from which they fear attack (reasonable or not). Mr. Carter did this when he spoke of his "lust" during an interview for Playboy Magazine ~ a national publication.
                  There is either an interest in the paranormal or they are in contact with persons of such interest. There may be awakening of unusual powers, as in the case of Uri Geller, famous Russian psychic known particularly for his work with psychokinesis. Mr. Gellar has DMLilith in Scorpio in the 1st house square a conjunction of Pluto-Saturn in the 10th. DMLilith magnified to incredible heights the psychic potential of a Scorpio stellium in his 1st house square the 10th house conjunction.
                  People with DMLilith-Pluto aspects know how to relate to those in positions of power or potential power & many times develop strong friendships here. They are the influence behind a project. They make invaluable advisers if they believe in what is being done. There is nothing lukewarm about these people. They are either for something or it is non-existent to them. They have unusual attunement to mass psychology, as we saw for the negative extreme in Rev. Jim Jones in Jonestown, Guyana (DMLilith conjunct Saturn opposition Pluto). The mass induced suicides & murders surpassed belief in 1978. In literature we had Alex Haley (DMLilith trine Pluto), author of the book Roots, a work that triggered a social sense of pride in black people for their historical background ~ no small feat at that time.
                  Crusading tendencies are strong in people with DMLilith-Pluto connections. Whether the motivation is positive or negative is what makes the difference for good or evil. With the hard aspects selfish temptations are stronger, but if the dedication to the Father's work surpasses desire for personal power, DMLilith aligned to Pluto can be a sure guide for the working of miracles.
                  excerpted from D.G.Jay's Interpreting Lilith (1981)
                  I am curious to know if this interpretation works for those with Black Moon and/or asteroid Lilith too.
                  love all-ways,
                    My DML is opposing Pluto (which is conj Venus so it also opposes Venus). All of this is true of me to a word. It's also true of Scorpio which I have a lot of in my chart. No wonder I feel so Scorpionic. It's like I have Scorpio in spades.
                    All the secretiveness, the keeping sides of myself to myself, never really letting people know me too deeply, distinctly uneasy about interference and how they react to an attack. That's all me. The working in the background behind projects and friendships with people in power is true. It's been true in every job I have. Throwing my vulnerabilities right out there to take away the power they have. Psychic powers. It's just all true. I couldn't find anything in this to which I couldn't relate.
                    This is particularly true of me.
                    Pride is usually strong.                     I always attributed that to Scorpio's secretiveness and sting.
My reactions to outside interferences of personal issues is just what was described. I absolutely cannot stand it! I'm sure my Scorpio Moon, Venus and Ascendant helps, but this description was just spot on.
      I have it with one of them so here you go. This is from the Starmates reading on Cafe Astrology.
      True Lilith Conjunct Pluto:
      You are deeply and profoundly connected to each other on a soul level. There is a transforming quality to your sexual expression and the deep emotions that surface when you are together. With the acceptance of the unconscious content that surface, you feel empowered individually. As a result the two of you together will be a powerful force, for each other and in the world. You are able to reach a level of intimacy together that can really fulfill you.
      That's very true of us. What about the person you have this? Is it true for you as well?
            True Lilith is BML but using true instead of mean. Mean is slightly different so sometimes it will change the aspects or even the house/planet placement. That's not the case with the two of us, but it can be so you should be aware of it. True BML is obtained by using h13 instead Lilith from the Asteroid selection list on Astro.com If you select that when you run a synastry chart and select Aspects to All, you will see what aspects the Liliths. Generally, I run all three. If you want to see the difference between your mean and true BMLs, select both Lilith from the selection list and put h13 at the bottom. That will show the difference.
            The other two are 1181 - DML and h58 - Asteroid Lilith. DML appears on your chart as Walde and the asteroid shows up as Lilit.
            Hope that helps!
              Wed, November 12, 2008 - 12:18 PM
              "Lilith is considered by some to be a co-ruler of scorpio, and so for lilith to conjunct pluto (the actual ruler of scorpio) will be an extremely intense aspect. Most conjunctions involving pluto are stressful, and this seems to be one of them. Pluto is the planet of transformation, regeneration, the occult, sex, and the "darker" side of things. Lilith is known as the dark moon....the emotions we wish to not readily display. It also is associated in women's charts as the power of the original woman. Therefore, this conjunction is a very powerful display of emotional tension. Sexuality always comes into play with lilith, and often times with scorpio too. Since the conjunction deals with beginnings and endings, you may experience alot of sexual transformations in your life. "
              "Lilith conjuncting the ascendant is a sign that you are more open with the "darker" side of your emotions than most are. Unlike most people who choose to hide their lilith, you aren't this way. In fact, your personality depends on this. Be careful to not become too overboard with yourself. Realize what is right and what is wrong with certain things you feel you should do. In a woman's chart this indicates a sexual magnetism and attractiveness."
