Lilith in Leo exaggerates a sense of individualism in the makeup, that results in the tendency to pick up the reins of leadership or management in whatever field is chosen. Creatively expressive & willfully assertive, they attract followers or projects they need & find great pleasure in guiding or in the management of them, at whatever level they are operating. When self-interest dominates the character, dictating tendencies that continually focus their will upon others can be maddening on the personal level, eventually creating the very denial of individual expression he or she is so deeply desirous of.
The deep instinct (as a nagging fear) to avoid being just another face in the crowd & risk denial of total freedom in the individual expression of his or her will, forces an exaggerated sense of centerstage.
